Dear sir/madam
I laishram bikram singh driving x1 (Wb40x7336) had given my car to bmw osl kolkata for emergency serving as i was supposed to drive down to manipur (1550 km) to change brake pad and system diagnostics to check everything find on car and to fix trunk lift which is not opening automatically.
1st day they change my front brake pad by taking a time of 4 hrs n didn’t do any system diagnostic which is very impt by giving wrong excuses to customer and asked to left the car to fixed before noon of the next day.
I came down there n sitting in customer launch from 10-17 hrs and at last they say they can’t fixed also (When i was sitting and watching from launch nobody was working on my can and started from noon which mean they don’t know the important time of customer)
Then one guy advisor call prasanta told me to come next day and will fix it without solving the problem but they will quote the money.
Now my question is, if can’t fixe it on the day by giving the emergency of customer, why they don’t give car on the evening so that i can start my journey.
One more surprise to me on the 3rd day they said they will fixed early in morning and still not started it.
Everything what they have done is just to take money from customers only for nothing.
Technician are not professional and dosent know there job properly.

I received an email 4days ago.in this message, bmw lottery promotion select my mobile number and award winner. They asked me to email my address and to pay delivery registration fee. They sent a copy of scanned cheque. I received mail from ([protected]@gmail.com). Is it true or fake. I here attached the conversation sent on my email below.
Good morning vijayashanthi senthilkumar, make sure the fees is paid before 12. Noon today, so that our agent can proceed immediately to your home address without delay! Call me after receiving this mail.

I use bmw x3 (Mh09cj-8989)
Facing big issue for suspension. My car driven only 60000 km, but had worked for suspension 2 times, in my known sources almost same issue of suspension for x3 in maximum 50000 to 60000 kms.

I am using jagaur / merc but this kind of suspension issue at such low km dirve never seen

Suspension work price we get as rs. 1.9 lac for front suspension stating these are electronic damping shockers. If its not electronic damping shockers then price will be rs. 90 k.

We shock to see that electronic damping shockers are been fitted for better suspension and life but those only getting issues in 50000 kms. Then what the use for this high cost shockers.

In my 15 year of car using, i used almost 23 cars but this one (Bmw x3) was one of worst performer.

I hope, you guys will go through the email and revert back to me.

We were in a process of purchasing 2 bmw x1 from infinity cars, indore but due to high price quoted. Having our residence in raipur we thought to purchase it from munich cars. After all the negotiation and we completed the deal and conpleting all the bank loan and also after transfering the amount of rs. 6, 85, 000. Right after transfering the amount and not answering our calls for 2 days they just increased their quotation by 100000 ungenuinly due to some interruption from infinty cars. Now infinty cars is charging 1, 90000 more for the same car without any reason. I thoroughly expect bmw to resolve this major issue. And i am very much not happy with how the dealers have treated us. We want justice as soon as possible and get this car at a genuine price.

I purchased my bmw x1 (Mh 46 ba 1038) in april 2017. The car has about 10.000 miles on it, and it is just in warranty.
As i got a small accident when a dog crossing the road and the front bumper, ac radiator where damaged. I car is in bmw workshop from 16/08/2017 (Last 15 days). I've contacted bmw several times asking what they will do in terms of a trade-in. I'm tired of having this car serviced and out of for days, at times, weeks. I don’t have any other car for my business. There are certain standards that should be met by bmw considering the consumer is paying for the brand name and customer service that is supposed to be associated along with.
I have owned several different cars and never had i single issue with any other brands for servicing of my car for a very small accident case. They said to repair this car will take 15 days but the given time is already gone and vehicle with them only with no work. Now they are telling me to wait for more 15 days because they don’t have parts in hand. From last 15 days the vehicle with them only and then what they doing for these days. Now they are wasting the time and the reason for delaying service because of they don’t have the required parts in hand. How they can say this, person is already waited for 15 days and don’t have other vehicle to use for business. I also request to give another vehicle for meantime to get vehicle repaired. But they are not ready to give another vehicle. I facing lot problems bcs of this service issue. My local bmw service centre is in agreement with my reasoning. However bmw won"t fix anything. My next ultimate driving machine won't be a bmw.
I contact to mr. Darshan pandit (Custome service executive) who is taking care of my car servicing. Infinity cars, bmw workshop turbhe, navi mumbai. India - for this issue, but not replying properly. He told me that i can do the complaint with bmw, as he don’t have any problem. They don’t care of customer problems and try to avoid as much as possible. The dealer said there hands were tied and they could not do anything.
Now i waiting for the final reason for this delay and when i can get my car.

I received a message stating that you have won 3.35 crores and bmw car. So look into this matter and those people who really spoil the reputation of the company. Tell us is it true or fraud communication. What shall i do to go ahead with this message. Is it the company itself doing it or any other people doing it. There are people who feel that these types of messages are true. I so kindly respond to me what to do next.

Dear sir,

I am an owner of bmw 530d and an owner of bmw x1. Till date i have recommended bmw cars to all my friends and family and have personally enjoyed driving bmw cars. But from today i will stop recommending that and make sure that none of them ever think of buying of bmw cars again.

I had book for technical free check up camp on 13th august 2017. My car bmw x1 was purchased in october 2016. Till date it’s been hardly driven 6000kms and have taken personally good care for it. I drove up my bmw x1 to the parsoli motors service centre, ahmedabad and completed my free car checkup. After completion of free check up, i was specifically was told by mr. Ronak mistry that my car has no technical issues. There were some accidental damage in my car for which i had booked a pick up for 16th august wednesday.

On 14th august i had received a mail from ms. Jaylaxmi regarding a technical fault in my car. Later on she called me on 16th august explaining me that there is a technical fault in my car. I explained her that i had personally visited the bmw parsoli motor service centre and they had not informed me that my car is in perfect condition and t has no technical issues.

I further inquired with her she claimed that this technical has been developed just now. It wasn’t there when u visited the service centre and this fault has been recently developed. I said i visited the centre on 13th august and i wasn’t told about any fault. She claimed “you have not visted our centre on 13th august, it was closed and no technical service has been found in for your car”

I was shocked by her reply. There was no record in her system that my car visited the bmw premises and now i am not sure if i can rely upon any kind of services from bmw parsoli motors. I have no idea what did they do with my car, if they changed any parts, machine, etc. As they don’t have record in there system.

I have no clue how come they have no details in there system or they have changed the records.

Further, i have always had respect for bmw cars and bmw services, for the accidental damage i had booked a car pick on 16th august 2017. The car wasn’t picked up on that day. When i expressed the same to ms. Jaylaxmi when she called me i was double shocked with her reply, she said “we don’t have any pick for your car for 16th august”

I asked for her supervisor or senior management’s phone number. She denied to pass me the same. I had request her 10 times and she had still denied the same. Which made understand there are a lot of suspicious practice ongoing at bmw parsoli motors service centre. When i said i will do consumer complaint and report this issue to bmw india head, she out of fear gave me numbe of mr. Yogesh gor, who declined my calls and has still not responded back.

I regret buying bmw cars. Other small car manufacturing company’s they might be giving lower quality cars then a bmw cars, but they give better customer service.

I would like to bring to your notice suspicious practice is ongoing at bmw parsoli motor ahmedabad and i am reporting the same in consumer forum. I will never ever by send my car to bmw for neither servicing and nor any accidental damages.

Hi i own a bmw mini cooper and i bought it from bird's automotive. I have been complaining about the roaring sound in my car engine from past few services and i have been charged for the same twice but it never got fixed;and second day after the service i called up and complained again. I got my front glass replaced and after a month it started cracking itself so the moment i saw it i called up amd complained, along with that i got my brakes plate changed when my last got serviced last time amd this tome again they are saying we need to change it. So it is my humble request as a customer of yours to please look into this because it is so unethical and unexpected from a brand like bmw, it deeply saddens me as an aware customer i know that i have been wrongfully charged and still they are doin this so please fix my car now for real. It is now a month that my car has gone to the shed without any proper initiation by the dealer (Infinity) and to add there is never any response to mails sent. I am without a car and inspite of requesting for a substitute there is neither any response nor acknowledgement by bmw. I was cleaning up the underseat subwoofer for the first time in 5 years, which mean I bought the car back in july 2012, so I opened the grill and saw the details given on the back side of the woofer, it was showing that the woofer was manufactured in the year 2007. So clearly its a case of fraud and cheating. You cannot just give me outdated electronics in a new car.

I am owning bmw 320i since 2011. Frequent servicing is done so far, but the car is not fully fit. For a few hundred kilometres run, for some defect or other the car is under repairs need replacement. Run below 20, 000 kms spent early 25 - 30% of the cost. Latest april spent 2.25 lacs. Now smoke is coming. Servicing centre, chennai demanding rs.2.14. Who will pay every time 2 lacs plus. I am not satisfied with the servicing ability at chennai. Please advise what should i do.

I was sent a email on july 22 that i won a BMW X6 jeep and 3 crores of cash money and was told that it would arrive on 24 july and i know its a sham and they have my id proof and to prevent identity theft please look into this and please try to prevent others from getting tricked.
