I was sent a email on july 22 that i won a BMW X6 jeep and 3 crores of cash money and was told that it would arrive on 24 july and i know its a sham and they have my id proof and to prevent identity theft please look into this and please try to prevent others from getting tricked.

i bought a bmw from moti nagar delhi branch before 6 months but still i did not get my car rc .. I have made a several calls to bmw people. On call they will say that u will get it in a week but after that there is no response..

From last 7 days, my car is in bmw ambattur chennai for one accidental claim..

But here in chennai, no progress has been done on my vehicle..

They are asking original rc . I have made a no of calls to bm delhi people but nobody is resolving my issue..

I took iffco tokyo insurance based on the suggestion of bmw moti nagar delhi

i talked to bmw delhi people regarding some help in insurance claim but i think

bmw people are only concerned about sales ( not services)

i have kept the phone recordings with bmw people..

Today i got a information tat i won a prize of bmw car a money of 3crore and hp laptop... Tat person named james walter had arrived today to bangalore..
He said to pay rs. 5000 as a request of government... He said after the amount he shall deliver me the prize... I wanted to is it true or false.
Even i asked him and called him to enquire whether is it true...
He said my frnd i am true

Now i am in confusion whether to pay the amount or not.. Please help me

Just 2 days before my a/c was not working after sending my car to bmw authorised dealer, parsoli motors, ahmedabad, engineer informed me about coil & some other parts needed to change will cost me 80, 000/ (Eighty thousand inr)...

In less than 3 yrs of buying car of 36 lakhs, u can not imagine this much expense.

I have purchased Gt 320 demo[protected] from Deutshe Motoren Noida from the sales person Manish Kaushik smart guy after the delivery of the car I called up Manish that rear left tyre is worn out from sides as compare to the other three tyre he replied my complaint lightly & no further intemation was given to me I bought this car which is Run 3000 km. he never take care of my complaint now on 1 st may 2017 I went to showroom for the service & minor body work job before entering in the job work full investigation of car should be done by Mr Aman ( body shop) I also told him about that tyre rear left tyre is highly worn out from inside but Mr Manish said that no complaint should be registered has it is matter is one year old he also told me that company has changed three GM he also told me that complaint arise due to low pressure run he also told that u should check the tyre by lifting a car on trolley these r the excuse he given me . So plz tell me that as a customer I know these things or I buying a road side brand for which I par 40 lac called BMW brand sorry to say I am not satisfied with the car & it's service given to me now the told a charge of rs 26000/ should be paid by me . I am Gurjot Singh from India. I have purchased a X5 from Krishna Automobiles Chandigarh, India on 13 Feb 2017. Chassis no. WBAKS470300S51592. I will like to bring a problem to your notice that just after two months and 3300kms, fuel pump leaked. Bmw India is not ready to cover this fault in warranty and asking me to bear 10% of car cost, about 6 lakes
They are blaming fuel quality which as a customer I have no control on and even if fuel was contaminated, it should have choked fuel filter rather then leaking it.
If bmw cars are not compatible with indian fuels, then why are bmw cars are sold in India.

BMW X-1 Engine Seized Down & vehicle is parked at the Lucknow authorized BMW service center for the last one month.
(1) Either Engine quality is so poor or service center is not putting proper engine oil or providing substandard services.
(2) Why a consumer should be held responsible for it?
(3) Company shall hold the responsibility & provide free repairs or I will proceed to the court for not only substandard parts & services but also criminal technical negligence leading to risking the human life.

This is the mail I got from BMW Automobile company UK . He told me transfer ₹24, 750 for custom clearance n told me that custom officer is saying to transfer the amount to this account A/C name: Livika sumi A/C no: [protected] Bank name: UCO bank bank branch: Dimapur bank IFSC code: UCBA0001975 state manipur. I'm sending you the agents I'd proof and receipt of money transfer I have done.

I had given my bmw for service at navneet motors, bengaluru. When the car was returned back from service, i noticed that my key chain with bmw imprint was stolen. Repeated calls to navneet haven't helped. They gave temporary key chain saying their employee who had picked-up the car was in hospital, but shall soon revert, but so far they haven't. Shame that stealing of petty things happen at luxury brands

My purchase of BMW X-5 from Deutsche Motors, Noida, a year ago become a big reason of never ending headache for me.

0830, BMW-X5 registered in the name of Any Graphics Pvt Ltd., was bought from Deutsche Motors Noida with the assurance and promise by sales official, of excellent after sales services. In case of delay in procurement of parts, they will provide alternate vehicle, this was promised by sales personnel.

My vehicle was kept for few manufacturing defect repairs for many times for a long time and no alternative vehicle was provided. They don't have enough spare parts to deliver the vehicle in short period.

My car is still with them for replacement of fuel pump- which they dont have in stock.

Music system remote is still in non-working condition since 3 moths, whereas my car was called up four times for inspection.

car was kept for many days due to some software issue.

I need to understand, why should i suffer because of these type of technical issues due to no fault from my side.
