We have purchased a New BMW X1 sport from Navneet Motors Mumbai on delivery of the vehicle we found two front Tyres in Swollen condition which was intimated to Navnit motors Mumbai, after that we have sent no of emails and 100 of telephonic calls but they are least bothered and do not reply to our mails not revert on telephone. As per contract agreement we were promised in written to be given Original Car cover and complete floor mats and key chain but we are very sorry to say that they have given duplicate car cover and floor mats which was assured to be given as soon as it would be available and the key chains are yet to be received. We are in very much pain and have no options left other than to take shelter of the Honble Court for Justice.

We have purchased the test drive vehicle BMW 320d which was run only 5200km... The showroom people told that they wil service the car and replace the brake pads.. Now the car has run 10800 km... That means 5000 km after purchasing.. And the car is gone for check up.. And now the job card has come up to 47000... Is this the service from bmw

One day i got a message to my mobile that i won a lottery amount of 33500000cr. Dear Team, Please refer to my post on July 15, 2015 on the official Facebook page of BMW INDIA regarding BMW GT (Car No. UK07AP0006) series, 2011. I regret to inform that I am still facing the same issues and this time it has gone even farther. First, BIRD AUTOMOTIVE, Gurgaon, Haryana sold me the 2010 made car in 2011 by manipulating the documents and to make the situation worse they offer poorest quality and the most inferior service for this so called renowned brand. In revert to my last complaint, I was made assure that all the issues have been taken care of, however now when I am in a middle of a drive, from New Delhi, after going through all the standard check procedures to avoid problems during drive to Goa, to my surprise I am facing the same issues which were resolved as per the organization during my last complaint. Not only that, to worsen the situation, the shockers are non – functional/flat, switch issues are persistent. I feel that it was my mistake to trust this fraud organization. I strongly recommend that all the aspiring clients should switch to a better organization in order to stay away from latter issues and worst service ever. Dear all This is to inform you that I am saddened the way my vehicle GJ 16 BB 3704, BMW X1 series is giving me trouble. This is three year old vehicle. Ever since we purchased the vehicle there were problem with tyre blasting - 3 Nos of tyres ( Tyres replaced), then there were battery problem ( battery replaced), thereafter steering problem ( steering replaced), currently starting trouble ( which we understand from your Surat dealers that there is problem with fuel pump and needed replacement). The vehicle is collected and at your Surat Service Centre since last 10 days and still no clew when they will get the parts and replace it and send my vehicle.?!! I am under stress while riding this vehicle as I may not be knowing when where this vehicle will stop . I have spent a lot money for replacing parts and lost lot of time due to breakdown during a journey at odd hours. we also send the vehicle on time for serive to your approved service station at Surat ie., Parsoli Motors. I am also having several medium range vehicles from other manufactures, which never gave me trouble for parts like BMW. I am presently abroad and will return back to blr on the 10th . My BMW car got transmission fault within 50000 (fifty thousand) Kms due to which it stops any moment while running. I cannot go out of station from this BMW car as it stops in every 10-15 kms. I shared my issues with BMW India team but they are saying that they cannot do anything in this. I have shown my car at BMW authorized service centre also i.e. at Deutsche Motoren but they are asking me to pay for the fix of this transmission fault which is costing around Rs. 5.5 lakhs. I have all email conversations with them. If BMW car would have these kind of transmission faults within so less kilometres, why anyone should buy this and why not any other brand car if they are asking to pay for their manufacturing fault in car? Its been more than 1 month i was in discussion with BMW India and Deutsche Motoren but with no use. What should i do with this car now ? Actually I wanted to keep you informed about something. I received an email, which definitely is a scam, but it is using BMW, RBIs name, Sir Raghuram Rajans name and also mentions about some fund transfer from UK for which i have been asked to submit my details.

I am educated enough to make out the difference between a scam mail and non-scam mail. I just want you to take some steps so that others do not get into trouble by seeing RBIs name and details in it. I have attached the images for you to see it.
I was shocked to see RBI's name and Sir's picture. Whoever is generating these mails should definitely be caught hold of.
