I reached sanghi classics on 5th January2012 to collect my car and after making so many calls to the dealership and to Bmw India, my car was in a big mess , this is the worst job I have ever seen in my life , the service advisor had no words to say , he was quiet seeing the state of the car also , sanghi classics is a curse to BMW ,the working standard is so pathetic there , they do not match the BMW standard at all , if I'm asked to rate them I would not give them a 1 out of 10 , they are spoiling the brand name with the way they are treating their customers and their cars .

As I reached , I was taken to the stock yard to show my car to me , and the first thing I see in my car is the paint issues and many more , then I was taken in the waiting lounge where they made me sit for 45 mins in order to wait for the manager , and after the manager comes he asks me to leave the vehicle till Wednesday so that he can work on the car , even after leaving the car with them for one and half month . But we decided to pick the car from the dealership and give it to the dealership in ahmedabad whom we trust upon for the further repairs , the manager at sanghi classics jaipur has conveyed the message that parsoli motors should repair the car at my satisfaction at their expenses . I reached ahmedabad on Sunday evening and left the car at parsoli so that they can start the job .

I am writing below the problems which I faced with the dealership in jaipur :

1. Even after taking 45 days they could not repair my car .
2 . All over the car there are dots on the paint and the coating is overlapping the colour .
3 . They have scratched my boot .
4. My rear right side alloy is broken and tyre is cut , there is paint on the rims .
5. The strip over the doors is scratched .
6 .My wooden trim is broken
7. My rear seat has been eaten by a MOUSE, and once shown the person concerned says " sir we have rat issues here "
8. I left the car with a full fuel tank which they returned as a half tank .
9. the left side fender is repaired in place of replaced , when I asked the manager , sir will everything be repaired or replaced , the manager answers " sir are u using bmw services for the first time , bmw replaces and not repairs " 10 . The soft board under the engine hood is torn and locks are broken .
11. Rattling noise in the right door .
12 .The car met with an accident from the front still they have not done any alignment on my car , I have driven from jaipur to ahmedabad today and all the way the car was pulling on both the sides .
13 . The left side door , front bumper , engine hood , front right and left fenders are poorly painted .
14 . The left side front door strip is scratched .
15 . All the interiors are dirty , the technician has used black greasy hands in my car .
16 . The steering horn pad is loose and is making noise .
17 . There is too much air noise in the car at high speed .

I'm very sad seeing the condition of my car , and with the way they have treated my car , we take utmost care of the machines and I pity on it the way they have worked on it , there was dirt all over the car , the windshield , glasses all were dirty , all the screens had mud on it , stains all over .
I request you to take strict and immediate actions against the bmw sanghi classics jaipur , I have clicked all the pictures in my camera and I'm gonna take strict actions against all this .

Its already one and a half months and still it would take time , meanwhile I need my car very urgently , so please let me know if you can arrange me a car against my car until my car is ready from the sanghi classics who have spoilt my car as much they could have done .
please help me and let me knw what is to be done .im in constant touch with bmw india but the queries are nt answered .

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAD A BMW 530D ON MY FATHERS NAME. IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER MY CARS DRIVER SIDE SHOCKER GOT LEAKED AND GOT IT REPAIRED FROM SHANGI MOTORS A AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP OF BMW LOCATED IN JAIPUR. AND JUST AFTER 1500 KM THE SAME SHOCKER HAD LEAKED AGAIN AND DAMAGED THE OTHER SHOCKER AS WELL DUE TO OVER LOAD ON SINGLE SHOCKER. I HAD WROTE A MAIL TO BMW AND THEY HAD TAKEN 1 MONTH AND THEN ALSO THEY PROTECTING THEM SELF.

MY CAR WAS WITH COMPANY OF APPROX 1 MONTH AND STILL STANDING WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND NO COMPENSATION HAD BEEN GIVEN BY BMW INDIA. I HAD ASKED THE COMPANY HOW THE NEW SHOCKER HAD LEAKED KINDLY GIVE ME THE EXPLANATION. BUT THEY DENIED TO GIVE THE SAME.

Within three months of me buying a brand new 523i my car has been to the service station twice....first time they had to change the faulty suspensions, tune engine, remove water marks from paint by rubbing.... Now within a month of getting it back the water marks have reappeared, the dealer is saying these marks are permanent on paint and they just temporarily go when they polish the car..... The dealer says they might have been there before i took the delivery and not visible then as it was just polished before the delivery..... Wether they came at the dealers place or at mine, there is no reason that a brand new car get such water droplet marks.... When the company representative checked it the first thing he said that it is looking like a very old car.... This is when i am getting it cleaned everyday.....Now they say that they would mechanically remove a thin coat of paint and then repaint the car...... This is rediculous why should i accept my new car to be repainted..... If there is something wrong with the car they should change it or else say that the consumer have done somthing wrong... Its like i had been handed over a lemon....Tried contacting BMW india they just forward my mails to the dealer and never bother to reply and answer me directly....
