Unfortunately, I did not know that I was a scam. The email sound too good to be truth. It directed me to to contact Mr. Harry Tyne, as you see above and give my personal information.

After I send Mr. Harry Tyne my personal information including bank account, a photograph of personal identification, name, address, phones(mobile, home, work), nationality and gender, I realized that it was a scam or fraud because BMW would never asked anyone to send their personal information via the internet, according to BMW web page.

What can I do to prosecute the person that is reponsible for sending this email out to innocent people like myself?

please check this and if this a fake, please return of my paid money...
