    So regarding we are feeling so sad on your bmw product is very very bad my friends also is telling is bmw so much repairing product when we purchased your car first problem
    1. two tyres has been bursted with in four month very shame (already we are using tata brand hexa cra for 80, 000 kilometers no need to change tyres

    2. seat cover has been damaged

    3. air suspension bags so it has been damaged we replaced the new part with in a one week recently again we are facing problem now the vechile is in breakdown position we have

    4. your people have been told it's air suspension now your service people telling compressor problem we are feeling really unhappy with bmw so considred over vechile issue

    5. now are not able to go outside over heart broken

      Scam by the dealer - osl prestige - ref. WB02AG0770, kolkata

      We are loyal customers of BMW owning 2 BMW cars. The quality of the car is simply superb but the dealer/workshop in Kolkata - OSL Prestige Pvt Ltd is a scam.

      Our car met with an accident and we sent the car to the workshop around 23/08/2021. It's been a usual practice that once the car is sent for any work to the workshop it takes almost a month or more to get the car repaired and delivered. The dealership never keeps any...

      Please note that the said car I have purchased from OSL Prestige, Kolkata, West Bengal on dated December 2020 in the name of my company STHAPATI PROJECTS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. during the Covid19 period but from the very beginning I reported your dealer service that after running the car approx 100 to 200 km driver side AC vents throw the hot air continuously and they examined the same in 1st. meet in service center & release the car and told me now its not happened at all but when I run the car another 600 km same problem arises and I report again for the same. In that time they told me for detail check-up the said matter and they are keeping my car for another 21 days but when I asking for the car after 21 days my car still in same position & when I argued for the same then they told me after 21 days that there is a requirement of new part which is not available now but remember after 21 days later and in the same time my silver statue (cost around Rs. 6, 500/-) which was fixed in my car dashboard & bmw key ring which was gifted me at the time of purchase the car are stolen but there is no justification as well as clarifications for the same by the service manager except sorry. Please note that the its not the way of service policy.
      Please note the above matter and solve as soon as possible before taking any legal action.

        Dear sir,

        i handover my bmw 3d car to the service centre at thane for the service and they asked me to come back after 5-6 hours.

        during the service they changed my car's battery with the duplicate one.

          I bought BMW X4 on July 30th, 2020 from Krishna Automobiles, Chandigarh. After an year I called the insurance team to renew my car insurance. After two to three reminders and calls Madam Santosh called me for the renewal of insurance and gave me the quotation. I renewed the insurance.

          Now come to the serious matter as follows:

          We were on a trip to Himachal Pradesh on Sunday i.e., September 19, 2021. In the morning at 8A.M. a big stone came under the car and damaged the fuel pump and some parts and my car stopped there. I called the BMW helpline they told me that your RSA is expired, it was free only for an year and you haven’t renewed it, so we will arrange the pickup of your car which will be charged as Rs 60/Km but you have to come by your own. Me and my family was shocked that how will we go to our home which was 60kms from the location and there was no facility of cab and bus, not even other basic facilities.

          So, my car was towed by the BMW RSA team and I am very thankful to that. Next morning, I visited to Krishna Automobile and meet Mr. Sudhin Gupta (Aftersales – General Manager). I asked him that your sales person have not told me that the RSA was free for just one year, which can be neglected. But who is responsible for not telling me that RSA need to be renewed. I didn’t even received a single phone call from your side for RSA renewal. He told me that this is job of insurance advisor i.e., Madam Santosh. So, what to do now, madam Santosh asked me through Service advisor Mr. Sapam Diman that sir do you want to renew it now, how disgusting is that, why should I renew now, they should atleast tell every customer that your RSA need a renewal, which they didn't. And this all was not expected at all from a big company like BMW. Otherwise what will make a difference between a luxury brand like BMW and other brands, even the brands like maruti do ask for renewal and all. So just because of not guiding/not even telling me about this RSA renewal by call, message or mail My whole family has to suffer in that unsafe remote area and simultaneously I was charged for getting my vehicle tow. And I am glad that It happened just 60km from my home otherwise it could have become a more drastic experience for me.

          This was totally not expected from BMW team, I am shocked.

          In my family there is a Mercedes Benz too, the staff is more cooperative and sincere than BMW team. Sorry to say but it is true. I am really very disappointed from BMW team.

          Now please take a necessary action against the team who is responsible for RSA renewal.

            We purchase 330Li Petrol model on 2nd August, while driving on 7th August on indian road Front right tyre got damaged,
            given complain to our dealer, but availability of tyre in all India warehouse is zero. and inform us that tyre will come from Germany and it will take 25-30days,
            Till today our dealer is not able to confirm the date of tyre replacement.

            this is a big issue regarding service and part replacement from bmw side.

            after purchase my car is ideal in my parking.

            we are surprise about bmw services.

            please share bmw service person name and mobile no.

                I have a BMW GT which has run close to 57000 km purchased from infinity cars. The car has been a nightmare from the time I brought it. Every time it went for service they always had some additional expense in the form of repairs right from the first service after 5000km. The car AC has now packed up and the metal particles have gone into the AC system. As per BMW India and the dealer (infinity), it is an electro-mechanical failure which can happen and they will not replace the same for free as it is outside the warranty. Very unprofessional. I have three cars and this BMW has been the worst experience

                      1. Have been raising a complaint of excessive engine vibration since last two service but the compliant is left unattended by Harshit who is regularly been the attended to from BMW Bird Automotive Gurgaon Haryana India. His mobile no is +[protected]…name Harshit.
                      2. Finally I was told that a rubber part on the engine mounting has broken due to which the Vehicle is vibrating….and I had sent the car for the same problem twice.the entire elite of bmw bird automotive could opt figure out it then. It took them 4 days post my blast to figure it out ….disgusting. Vehicle has been returned after 5 days stating that the part is not available…we will call you once it has been received by us and you please bring the vehicle to the workshop.
                      2. The rear bonnet of the the car has scratches post I ordered a ceramic coating on the car from Bird Automotive….three coatings….this being the second one.
                      3. Tyre nozzles were damaged and despite repeated requests with Harshit +[protected] the feedback received that as per his service manage the vehicle needs to be bought back into the service centre by the owner for any further assistance or your get locally repaired.
                      4. Delivery of the car was given to me with almost all the tyres running on bear minimum pressure….and I was what the ###…is this BMW or some ### Chinese car?

                      I have got the photo of the damaged tyre share with BMW Bird Automotive managerMr Harshit….but the same cannot be uploaded due to size issues.

                      5. On 21st July 2021 at 12:57 pm a lady called from mobile no +[protected] asking for feedback and n delivery. I told her that I would a negative rating for the same…she hurriedly put the phone down stating that she would get back and talk to the concerned service advisor. ( I have my call record you can verify your employees)

                      As it happens the call never comes back …hand in gloves…you watch my back I will watch yours…simple.

                              I have worked with BMW india Raipur as CRE and showroom hostess, chattisgarh my incentives were due after so much of follow ups and mails I got incentive on 7th July, my husband is jobless I got a good opportunity so I left job and joined other company .All the required details are available with the company in excel form and mail by my CRM Prerna Himanshu Pandey has been sent to my CEO Mr.Prabuddha Yadav who have all the details since day one .I was promised monthly incentives but was not given .In this pandemic time when I need the amount so much company is simply ignoring after having all data .I don't owe a single penny to the company.I have too much financial burden on me but the company people instead of supporting me deducted my amount of 9 k straight away .Kindly get the amount credited as I need it urgently .
                              Incentive amount was 28750(BSI & BRI packages i sold ) i took advance of 5k so balance 23750 was to be paid but i got only Rs.14 k after 3, 4 months follow up .Currently i am the only earning member in my family because of which this aount was very much needed by me .
                              Please resolve at the earliest i need urgent credit .

                                  We have transferred 1lac INR to Bravia motors pune, against booking of BMW X3 series . The booking was cancelled by us because of increase in prices by them .
                                  Now, since then we are talking to them for refund but not getting any positive reply on it.

                                  Request you to please talk them and arrange Refund.

                                    We are owning one BMW car X4 model bearing registration no UP65DQ6565. The acr was sent for routine services to Deustch Motors Sector 63, Noida, Up on 02.04.21. We observed that Wiper Shower not working ans same was reported to service feed back person. They promised to resolved the matter in next few days to by sending their service technician at our address. But then we were told that because of lock down it could not be arranged. My car was sent again for brake repairs yesterday and same matter was raised again to them. But strangely we were told that it occurred due to rat biting and so we have to pay for it and the part is also not available and it will take 15-20 days to arrange it.
                                    We wish to be informed on this matter from the company is the design of car so bad that rat can reach anywhere in car, If its so then you are required to improve in basic design as you are making one of the finest car in world with finest technology.
                                    if we are offered comprehensive warranty of the product for three years how come we be charged for parts which are damaged for whatsoever reasons.
                                    Please look in to the matter seriously and respond back.
