Sir,

I have been getting mails on winning notification from BMW promotion, stating that i won 750000GBP and i have recieved one or two calls also in this regard and i have been asked to pay some amount to receiev the consignment.I have replied the mail stating that i am not inetersted to make any payment and to proceed with this.

I just wanted to know the authenticity of such mails.....pls advice.

Mr. Williams Rice has call me and told me that, he is Public relational officer of BMW e- lottery that I am winner of 500,000(GBP). It is unbelievable because I am never participate any type of lottery game nor I am purchase a lottery of my life. Yesterday morning I have received calls Mr. Azim Patel from this mobile no. [protected] (Mumbai).He told me that,he is calling from customs department of mumbai, and I have a consignment. He also told that, I have to pay amount Rs 22,500/- of customs duty in favor of Amit Varma's ICICI Bank Account no.[protected] & PAN no. AJHPV2529B. He need my details of my ID proof & Address proof of scanned copy of my Driving License along with pay-slip of bank deposited amount in through this email [protected]@yahoo.in. I request to yahoo And High officials having the power to stop this lottery scam, Please sir take necessary step to arrest them. The origin of this scam is U.K and Nigeria.

I had received a mail from [protected]@hotmail.com on 01 november 2009 on my mailid saying i am one of the lucky winner of bmw uk for cash money 7,50,000GBP + 05 series latest bmw car. i responded with my complete details to the said email id on 03 november 09 . i have provided my passprt scan copy as indentification proof . on 05 november i paid them 22000inr for the frieght charges asked by them with Axis bank lokhandwala branch andheri west mumbai in the account of mohd firoz qureshi as per instucted by moris dan whose says that he is account officer for bmw uk . later on 05 november 09 evening at around 6:30 pm he sent me a mail with scan copy from mumbai international aiprort custom fees received for 22000inr and promised that he will come to my house on 06 november 09 morning with the courier having my demand draft for prize money and accompany me along with him RBI Mumbai to deposit the funds in my local account .on 06 novemebr at 11 am he again sent me a mail saying i need to make payment of 1,16,587 INR to achieve anti trerrisiom certificate which is mandatory by Goverment of India to achieve my prize money . I made the biggest mistake to believe this crrook and blindly transferd the amount in the account details provided by moris dan , beneficary name : rohit gaikwad , Axis bank andheri , account number :[protected]. after receivng the money he is still contacting me and asking to pay 3,70,000inr for transfer charges of RBI. Now i have come to know after losing my hard earned money that all this is big fraud and cheating . i am sending u the details which i received on mails from this moris dan . he is contacting me from the mobile number : [protected].pls punish the culprit .
