I booked my g310 gs bike on feb 10th 2021 in bmw motorad evm at ernakulam-kerala and also paid the full amount on march 10 2021.The company told me a delivery waiting period of 2 to 3 months but its been more than 4 months delayed.I need an immediate action on this complaint or if bmw motorad can't deliver the bike on time, I will cancel the booking but the company have to repay the full amount i paid without deducting any amount because its the company's fault not mine.so please take necessary action regarding this issue.

Please inform is it real or fake??

Why did bmw stop 7 seater X5 in India??

Can bmw please bring a X5 or X3 7 seater.

The reason I am saying this is because bmw will be the only company to have a 7 seater car at that range.Not Audi.Not Mercedes Benz....

I have bought my vechile in December 2018 but now when i asked them about warranty they told me that my warranty has expired in September 2020.
How is it possible that before buying they started warranty.

This incident happened near Subhash bridge, torrent power house, sabarmati. It was around 11:30am and it is already heavily conjusted area because of stadium near it and construction of metro. A white BMW car was rushing and overtook our car even when there was not enough space to pass through, making a long scratch on our car. When we stopped them, we found out they were two boys (aging around 22-25), not obeying traffic rules and not even wearing seat belts. Also, they started arguing unnecessarily with us (senior citizen) even though they were driving wrongly. We took the photo of their number plate (attached below) so that some action can be taken against them, so that they don't repeat such thing in future.

I have no idea that whether this will be helpful for me or not but I still want to bring this issue in everyone’s attention which I am facing right now.
In the month of December’20, I have booked a BMW-G310r bike and now the month of February is going on and I still not have the keys of my would be bike. I haven’t expected this poor service from your end plus if I am cancelling the booking of my bike then they are putting the cancellation charges on me of Rs 20k without any reason. I also have sent the message on Twitter to ‘BMW India’ and they have disappointed me there also by not giving the reply to my message. For a reason I chose BMW thinking that it is a great brand but if in the first place I would have known about their services then obviously I have chosen some other bike like KTM or Kawaski and not BMW. I want my whole amount return at any cost as it would not be a big amount for you but for me it is.
And I strongly believe that they don’t treat everyone same and they indeed discriminate between people who are giving them cash and people who are buying car/bike from them via installment.

My complaint has not been neither attended nor reply, is it customery. Mr Abhay Dange if you are seeing my complaint please address.

For my normal servicing I have paid quoted money on 10-November-2020 for Rs.36310.
My vehicle was countered problem with message Battary not charging on 12-Dec-2020. Message with picture sent to service engineer. Inspite of repeated request and inform in advance an engineer visited for servicing on 26-Jan-2021. And inform that he is not known and not even informed about the message. Now he advised it will take another 2/3 month to give service.
Please understand and not my complain will not stop here until and unless if you are not given satisfactory service before 7 days from today.
Also note that as advised my vehicle was kept without using from 12 Dec 20. All damage to be borned by your company.
What type of quality service your company is giving. My message will reach your CEO soon. Plz act accordingly.

Bmw 33 anual winner in India and my name photos in my e-mail id but this news true are false

I have sent my bmw 7 series HR20AL0065 for servicing at raipur BMW showroom and have had the worst experience of getting my car serviced .Next time I would prefer my car sending it to nagpur (250km)rather than at raipur(50).

Hi, My BMW 320d 2016 model suddenly started to have Music system head unit issues. It Switches Off and On, on its own Entire Audio and display shuts on and off every two minutes.

BMW technicians can’t solve the issue. They want me to replace the entire system worth 1.25 Lakhs approx.

Not even four years from the date of purchase. And paying such huge amount for internal System malfunction is pathetic and unacceptable.

Request BMW India to look into the issue and do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am a customer of BMW X3 (Veh No. KA51MJ5040) since September 2016. Recently in August 2020 I gave my vehicle for service at Navnit Motors Bangalore. That time there was an abnormal sound hearing from the front side of the vehicle. With my strict instruction they checked and found damage at the front right side shock absorber. In that time the vehicle was under warranty, so they agreed that they would replace the damaged part when the stock arrives. Event though the vehicle was not in the good condition they asked me to drive the vehicle till the arrival of the parts. I gave the vehicle for service when it was on 70000 KM, Even after my continues followup the damaged part replaced only after when my vehicle reached at 72000 KM. By this time the other side got damaged and now there is oil leakage also at left side. When I informed this to the service persons Mr. Nagaraja N and Mr. Rahul Rajvans they are helpless to resolve the issue. We came to know that the other side got damaged only because of the late replacement of the damaged part. It is your responsibility to keep the sufficient stock of the parts, So I request you to replace the damaged part with no cost.
Kindly Look into this matter seriously and do the needful.
