Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am a customer of BMW X3 (Veh No. KA51MJ5040) since September 2016. Recently in August 2020 I gave my vehicle for service at Navnit Motors Bangalore. That time there was an abnormal sound hearing from the front side of the vehicle. With my strict instruction they checked and found damage at the front right side shock absorber. In that time the vehicle was under warranty, so they agreed that they would replace the damaged part when the stock arrives. Event though the vehicle was not in the good condition they asked me to drive the vehicle till the arrival of the parts. I gave the vehicle for service when it was on 70000 KM, Even after my continues followup the damaged part replaced only after when my vehicle reached at 72000 KM. By this time the other side got damaged and now there is oil leakage also at left side. When I informed this to the service persons Mr. Nagaraja N and Mr. Rahul Rajvans they are helpless to resolve the issue. We came to know that the other side got damaged only because of the late replacement of the damaged part. It is your responsibility to keep the sufficient stock of the parts, So I request you to replace the damaged part with no cost.
Kindly Look into this matter seriously and do the needful.

      We would like to bring to your notice that, we had purchased a BMW Car on[protected], with invoice reference no VSIT -1900391. We encountered a problem with the Tyre on the front side. The Tyre got blasted on ride.This happened with one Tyre on the front side. The matter was intimated to the dealer from whom we have bought the vehicle.The name of the dealer is Auto Craft India (P) Ltd.Their contact No- is[protected].Their reply was that company is not responsible for any damage which occurs with Tyre. We cannot ever agree with a vague answer provided for a serious issue pertaining a valuable item. Therefore we need a satisfactory reply for the complaint raised here with If this complaint is not addressed at the earliest, we will be talking further steps until the issues are resolved. We are attaching the photo graph for your ready reference.

          I bought a pre owned BMW 3 series GT this year 2020 in the middle of February. The car had a few problems one of them was the Air conditioner fan controller was broken and I was promised by The GM, BPS Mr. Rajkumar Sadhukhan that he will repair it as soon as possible and he said he will order the airconditioning controller in the next week and it will take a time of a month for the controller to arrive. Now today it has been more than 8 months I’av called him asked him about this a lot of times the only thing which he does is that he delays everytime I call. Is this the reason why I bought this pre owned car from osl prestige? Can’t we even trust a brand like BMW in these situations? This behaviour is Pathetic.

              I have purchased new BMW 520D luxury in year 2015 and have taken five year extended warranty from BIRD AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD company India. I have given my car for regular service on 06/19/20 to Bird Automotive pvt ltd service station in Gurgaon sector 14, during the service they have replaced battery and compressor and one tyre which was under warranty. They took more then usual time to return the car. Finally they handed over the car to me on 19/10/2020. Very net day I have noticed that the RPM indicator and ASI has gone blank along with other engine parameters. I brought this to the notice to service relationship person MR Ata Ishtiaq. He asked me to send the car back to service station, which I did. Now he is saying there is a cluster problem and I have to pay approximately two lac INR for the replacement of part. My complaint is every thing was working fine before the service and my car was in BMW extended warranty and I have run this car for 19000 km only in last five years. I don’t know what is main cause of this problem but definitely it happened after the service, I need your help to fix the problem without any extra cost on me. I like BMW and recommend it to my friends in India but experience of my all friends are not very good regarding this particular service station.

                I own a BMW g310R, which was delivered to me on 14th of February 2020. It was in perfect condition, infact almost 15 days ago I had given it for servicing after which I collected my bike and drove it back to my place. The next day, I wanted to take it out for a ride and it didn’t start. So, I called them to report the problem I faced. but they also informed me that I have to drop my bike at their workshop for it to be done. I requested them to pick up and drop the bike but they refused to do so
                I am really disappointed with their answers and services. Being a brand BMW I didn’t expect that the bike wouldn’t start within 7 months of purchase and within 2 days of first servicing (servicing date -11/09/2020)

                      We had sent our car (Bmw x1 reg mh 01 bt 2079) to infinity workshop at turbhe because of water logging issue. They kept the car for over a month. Mr kevin gomes as the service manager. After getting the vehicle back, we have driven it a few times and already there seems to be an ignition problem as the car is not starting again. We feel that these kind of problems should not happen after a vehicle comes back from servicing. Kindly look into the matter. After spending rs 2.21 lakhs on the vehicle if we have to spend more, then i don’t think i want to own a bmw vehicle again

                          We refer your e-mail of 14th july 2020 to all recipients above wherein you have referred inter alia that quote “we have assured him a car in august based on confirmation from factory and expecting the billing to happen by 2nd week of august from bmw india and is expected to deliver on or before august end.” unquote: except a copy of the mail marked to us we have not received, any assurance either from the dealer or from the principal car company (Bmw). It’s almost 6 months since we have made payment for the car through a car loan from the hdfc, and the car still remain elusive.
                          The dealer has our full cash and knows that we have nowhere to run and therefore has least intention to deliver the car in a foreseeable future. You must appreciate that i am paying the emis with interest for a car which is still on a drawing board. Up till now the delivery schedules offered have been kept shifting on some alibi or the other and i am apprehensive that the one of july/august referred in your mail to “all” may have the same fate. The national lock down had been over long back and covid 19 is no more a ground to shake off the car dealer's or car company’s obligation to deliver the car, more so when its payment has been enjoyed.. Despite the fact the car ought to have to be hypothecated with the bank for the loan to be approved, etc? I am at loss to guess how the payment landed with the dealer, unless there is something in fine print in the plethora of pages; we have to sign for the loan and the car, to justify all high-handiness later at the customer’s cost.
                          Now to cut it short, i want a clear documented assurance from you that the car in question will be delivered within a definite time frame and that i shall be compensated for the upfront payment received and enjoyed by the dealer. If it is not forthcoming we shall place the matter before our lawyers and the consequences including the adverse publicity it could generate is all of your seeking.

                            I have a BMW 5 series 530D M sport model manufactured in October 2015.

                            My car wiper blades quality has been degraded and not functioning as expected since last year and I am having very difficulty to drive my car due to poor visibility during rains. I went to Pune BMW servicing center in February and informed this to my servicing supervisor which he also verified that wiper blades were gone. So he suggested to change it in next servicing as it was summer season to start and wipers are not required in summer.

                            Now, due to covid-19 pandemic I got stuck with the faulty wiper blades and been driving my car with poor visibility in rains. I regularly drive on mumbai-pune highway where it rains frequently. I could not even drive more than 50 kmph speed due to low visibility in rains. In city it is more worse visibility in rain due to tail light glares (of cars in front) due to water droplets residues left by faulty wiper on my windshield. I have videos and photos of the windshield while driving in rain which shows the visibility problem.

                            So, as soon as BMW servicing center reopened after lockdown I took an appointment to change wiper blades and brake pads also. Servicing center offered me to take a 3 years maintenance package which I bought that day for around 185000/- (One Lac Eighty Five Thousand) and they asked me to come back after 2 days for servicing as maintenance package takes 2 days to activate. My maintenance package includes cost of one wiper blade pair every year for next 3 years.

                            Now, when I went after 2 days for servicing they denied of changing my wiper blades. They said it is working properly. I told them to check again and the technicians again said it is working fine. I showed them the water line left after every wipe on driver side and also wiper noise but they denied changing the wiper. They asked me to pay extra for wiper blade from my pocket and they will change it. This was the most ridiculous suggestion given to me by BMW servicing technicians.

                            My faulty wiper are manufactured in 2015 and are the one that came with showroom when it was purchased. The official website suggests to change wiper every six months or maximum one year as it is a rubber part and degrades gradually. In what sense a wiper blade will last for five years that is from 2015 to 2020?

                            After paying a hefty service maintenance package of almost 2 lacs I am feeling cheated by the most luxury brand BMW...Its very sad when a luxury brand BMW does this cheating to their customers when they put so much hard earned money in their cars. BMW has broken my trust in them.
