Purchased BMWX1in Oct 2017 from your BMW dealer in Noida. I was driving and got a message on display that pressure in tyre is low but u can drive at speed of 80 km. I had to drive 20 km at slow speed before I reached neares petrol pump. He observed that tyre is giving way from side and advised to make complaint. I approached Noida centre and they informed that rim is also damaged. Since I had insurance they replaced and I had to pay 22000.
Similar crack appeared in second tyre. Even on my complaint nothing happened and I had to buy new tyre. Now remaining two tyre are showing bulge. I have made complaint. Second service was due so they have kept my car and informed me that they have made complaint to tyre manufacturer. It depend upon them what they are going to do.
My car has just completed 18000 km in 22months and my all four tyres are needing replacement. All tyre had crack on side of tyres.
This time I am writting to you presuming you will enquire matter with honesty and will provide me justice. I have fortuner. Innova. Etio and dezire with car life varying from 3 years to 10 yrs and never had problem of tyres as I have faced with BMW.
I anticipate a reply and justice.

Is this message true or is just a prank. And if true what should i do to claim this price and award. And what are the terms and conditions and final date of cancellation of the order. I recieves continuous messages and mails from bmw india (Bz-622211) which is marked as spam by so many people. And in that message they told me that u have won a lottery of rs.3.65 crores and bmw car etc... And they said that their diplomat already reached.. New delhi, india... And you should pay rs.10, 500/- as delievery fee and recieves the parcel. So, would you please look upon the issue and provides consumer safety

I am a resident of jaipur and currently drive a bmw 7 series. My car has only been driven 10, 000 kms. Despite bmw's promise of run flat tyres that ensures maximum quality performance, in the short span of 10, 000 kms of total driving, my tyres have ripped apart 3 times. I do not appreciate the quality of service and tyres provided to me that cannot last basic travel. A maruti may be a better car to drive in terms of performance.

Please let me know this message is fake or true? How i can believe?

My vehicle is just 4 months old and while in a running mode the rear suspension of the vehicle collapsed the same was brought to the local dealer's notice, they apparently fixed the problem and assured me that this will not happen again but to my surprise the rear suspension once again collapsed in 2 weeks after it was rectified and this time again the vehicle was in a running mode.
Since then the company is tight-lipped about the fault in the vehicle and is unable to reply me with an assurance that this will not happen again and safety has been compromised by hiding the facts of the fault.
It has been 3 weeks since they have retained the vehicle and unable to share the reasons behind this fault.
