BMW India — battery - for bmw x1 - down 2 time in 2 years

Dear sir - i m using bmw x1 - my cars battery is down second time in 2.5 years only - and bmw is not able to give me any asnwer why my battery is going down - and also to my surprise - they changed my battery foc for the first time and now they say that there is no battery warrenty?? How can this be possible?? If i get new battery changed - every year for 40, 000 inr - then really indont wish to use bmw anymore.

Bmw customer care also denied to listen to my problem amd said - you have to do as the dealer is saying??

Where doni go with my complains, can someone tell me - what is the warrenty of battery??

And if bmw cannot give any answer then i think its better you call of my car - and i should scrap it!!! Because i donr wish to be treated as uneducated customer!!

Please look into it immediately. Await g for any support.
