I own 630 gt and I have been a customer for 9 years. I bought this car 3 and half years back. While I was driving I felt some kind of glue in the headrest of the driving seat. When I checked it the leather in the part mentioned was worn out. A layer of the leather came out. How can I trust this brand into buying a new car or even using a car for a long period of time when such an incident has occurred at an early stage?...

We have a BMW X1 model since Jan 2011 which recently caught fire. We contacted BMW through their twitter handle and they assured attention which even after 25 days, we haven't got. My 2 months old car has a bulge in the left rear tire. Help me understand if the tires which are placed are not for Indian roads? Because its a new car which ran just 4000 kms & tire already has an issue at 4000 KMs and the dealership says its not BMW quality issue & I need to bear the cost. How do you measure the quality of your vehicle? I am based in Delhi & not in a tier 3 town that there are no roads around.

    I buy my car bmw x1 xdrive 20d in 2017 oct and in last 4 year i changed 6 tyre and all tyre get brusted and i dont know why. in only 23000 km of drive.

      I want to convey you that there is recurrent occurrence of sensor issues on my GS 310 2020 edition. i had already sent mail to you but no replay from your side this is the last and final time i am sending you this email i am fed up with this and going to sell this bike right away please be more responsible over your products its third time i am facing this issue. Its only driven 6456 km only i don't know what to do i can't pay for this

          I am very much mentally harashed & highly unsatisfied by uour service at Nawanit MOtors MUmbai.I gave my card X-1 for servisning

            So regarding we are feeling so sad on your bmw product is very very bad my friends also is telling is bmw so much repairing product when we purchased your car first problem
            1. two tyres has been bursted with in four month very shame (already we are using tata brand hexa cra for 80, 000 kilometers no need to change tyres

            2. seat cover has been damaged

            3. air suspension bags so it has been damaged we replaced the new part with in a one week recently again we are facing problem now the vechile is in breakdown position we have

            4. your people have been told it's air suspension now your service people telling compressor problem we are feeling really unhappy with bmw so considred over vechile issue

            5. now are not able to go outside over heart broken

              We are loyal customers of BMW owning 2 BMW cars. The quality of the car is simply superb but the dealer/workshop in Kolkata - OSL Prestige Pvt Ltd is a scam.

                I bought BMW X4 on July 30th, 2020 from Krishna Automobiles, Chandigarh. After an year I called the insurance team to renew my car insurance.                 We purchase 330Li Petrol model on 2nd August, while driving on 7th August on indian road Front right tyre got damaged,
                given complain to our dealer, but availability of tyre in all India warehouse is zero. and inform us that tyre will come from Germany and it will take 25-30days,
                Till today our dealer is not able to confirm the date of tyre replacement.

                this is a big issue regarding service and part replacement from bmw side.

                after purchase my car is ideal in my parking.

                we are surprise about bmw services.
