BMW India — bmw - x1 sdrive expedition - branded car service but not up to our satisfaction | |
I mrs. Sunita rajesh sharma owner of car no. H32239, registration no. Mh 47 w 6369 purchased car on 23/08/2017 from navnit motor pvt. Ltd. Under 3 years bsi warranty package. 2 weeks back i sent car to your service center after 3 days analysing they informed me it is ok. On 27th suddenly car was broken down on highway and i have to call a local mechanic to start the car. He charged rs. 1800/-. On next day i have informed to navnit motors about the problem and requested to pick the car from my home. They said that this is company policy i have to drop the car to them on my cost. I am very much fed up in one and half year. We are facing battery problem and i believe that bmw sold a faulty product to me. We purchased a branded car but it is not up to our satisfaction. Kindly take action immediately or we need to knock the door of consumer court.
