Pls note that we had send our car BMW X1 for update programming as per company request. Vehicle was pick up by drive Anthony on 12 sep 2022 at 1225 lt. During that time vehicle was in good condition and no damage for exterior body. Owner personal handed over the car to driver in parking in building. After two hour we got call from infinity work shop. That we has damage running guard. We replied that we had handed the vehicle in good condition. But manage Richard started argument and shouting say that driver is working for twenty years. Manager asked for cctv footage . We replied no cctv . Just to confirm how good is infinity. Infact in our building we have good cctv camara. Next we removed all footage of camara and took to work shop navi mumbai. Manager was so rude to client and said he will punish driver and penalise him So we decided not to give any footage. But still we have showed footage to driver supervisor, Nichet and Chetak. We still have all footage with us. If any third party required we will show Manager was trying to argue saying that it is not done by his driver when we told him we have proof that he has done and have showed it but as he told he will punish the driver we just requested him to tell the driver not to lie and tell him that we had shown the footage but Still we came to know that driver was not been inform after this incident.
Because of Infinity service centre staff we and many of our friends have decided mot to go for BMW cars
