BMW India — horrible experience at pune dealership bawaria motors

Dear sir / madam,

I have a bmw gt car registered under registration number mh14 eu 8811 in the name of mrs. Snehal atul shinde. The registration certificate of the same is attached for your perusal. I am extremely dissatisfies with your dealership at bawaria motors, hadapsar, pune, maharashtra, india. My bmw gt car was drowned in floods that had occured recently in maharastra. I had sent the vehicle to the dealership for insurance claim settlement. At time of delivering the vehicle to the insurance company by the dealership, i was told that it has accrued a charge of around 40000 inr for the services we have provided. After asking further details for the same, i was told that they have provided the insurance company with a repair estimate and for the same they are charging 40000 inr. I have few querries here : 1. Every time when ever i send my car for a regular service, any repair, damage claim, etc i am always provided with a detailed estimate for the same which is never charged by the dealership, no matter i get my car repaired from them or i get it done from any other dealership. 2. Even if in case the cost of just providing a repair estimate to the insurance company is 40000 inr, i as a consumer am having full rights to be informed in advance for the same, a consent for the same should be take by me and then the services should be provided. 3. When the whole world was there to help the people effected by floods, your dealership was still there forgetting the humanity clause and claiming their charges stating that we also have our costs that need to be fulfilled. Anyways, just to avoid the delay in delivery of the vehicle, i was forced to agree to pay the charges, which in turn i immediately paid to your dealership. Even after payment of charges immediately the delivery was delayed for 2 more days stating that bmw vice president is visiting the dealership and it is not possible for us to provide the delivery. I adjusted with that also, but even after two days of making the payment, the delivery was given on 18th of november 2019, they didn’t deliver the vehicle completely. The set of keys was not delivered to the person. He was assured by the staff of bawaria motors, that we are unable to find the set of keys and we will courier it to your address tomorrow morning (19th november 2019). Till date the keys have not been delivered. Neither the staff is picking and replying the calls. I have also mailed the dealership for the same but they have not yet replied the mail also even after sending two reminder mails for the same.

I feel extremely sad because it takes years to build a brand like bmw and just few minutes to shatter the faith. I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and sort it out.
