BMW India — i have got a company defective, bmw x1 which broke with in 20 hours of buying without any accident.

Hello,
I am dr. Himanshu yadav. I have bought bmwx1 from libra autohaus. Delhi. On 14 th november2017. On very first day with in 20 hours of buying the car, the tyre of my car bursted while driving at a speed of 70km/hr on its own without any accident. This disbalanced my car. I somehow controlled it. Very same day on 16 th nov i sent the car to libra autohaus for change of tyre.
They after inspecting stated that axle of the car is damaged and said that car is accidental. Though i know there was no accident, and there is not even a single scratch on the car. How is it possible that axle broke without accident. I told them its a manufacturing defect but they did not agree. Still i asked them to repair it as soon as possible under insurance cover.
Now my car is with them since 20 days and nothing is being done. But now i can not bear with this attitiude any more.
I demand - 1. That i shud get a new car as it was a manufacturing defect of bmw.
2. I am compelled to take the matter to court to fight the case that my car is not accidental and its companies defect
3. I am also compelled to bring this matter to media and light, so that people come to know that we can not trust even a brand like bmw.

Kindly take immediate strict action in this matter and let me know. Else i will have no option to take the media and legal course. I am harassed to the core by bmw brand and libra autohaus and its staff.

I am also adding photo of car post tyre burst, which does not show any accident. It has scratches below which developed after axle broke and disbalance. How is it possible technically to break axle without a scratch on car front.
