BMW India — ignition and misfire problem in my bmw 328i sportline petrol

I purchased bmw 328i sportsline petrol in 2013. Done only 30, 000 km. Car number dl1cq 1669. It was serviced at authorized bmw deutche moteren moti nagar delhi on 25 january 2019. Suddenly in may 2019 it had starting problem (Ignition issue). And showing fog lamp failure. After repeated attempts it started but engine was missing and giving jerks (Misfiring). I took to the company deutche moteren moti nagar delhi and they diagnosed actuator problem. It was duly replaced but problem is still persistent. Now they are recommending dme change. This car has done only 30, 000 km. It seems there is some inharent manufacturing defect in the part and needs proper checks and if found so needs recall for free kindly look into the matter sympathetically and do the needful as bmw is known for quality and best services for their esteemed costumer.
