BMW India — Key chain stolen

I had given my bmw for service at navneet motors, bengaluru. When the car was returned back from service, i noticed that my key chain with bmw imprint was stolen. Repeated calls to navneet haven't helped. They gave temporary key chain saying their employee who had picked-up the car was in hospital, but shall soon revert, but so far they haven't. Shame that stealing of petty things happen at luxury brands

When I left my car for service at Navneet Motors, Bengaluru for a service in Dec '16, my key chain was stolen when the car/keys were returned back. Shame
