Dear Sir I am holding a New BMW car Holding No MH03DK9883 . I have send my car for first servicing to BMW Service Center Navnit Motor Andheri East Mumbai . I am sorry to say i regret taking a BMW car as i am not getting any assitance from the service center. I had send my Car for Servicing 25 days back as my first service was due. I st point is they took 10 days for giving me service date and final car was serviced with half work done. The Car was send without adding ADD Blue when the system was showing less Add Blue when i called they said the ADD Blue is out of Stock . I have been calling them and they mention the same Story. Today again Mr Atul from Service center called me and said it is out of stock and you need to Purchase the Add blue from Outside vendor with a brade SCR Grade. Every time i have send the car it is kept for a week with a reply shortage of material. Is this BMW giving such service to client for such high premium car. I regret to mention in depression that it was better to opt for a mercedes again which they give me excellent service . I need the BMW intervention as i cannot expect such reply from Service center .
