BMW India — Reg your dealer

Sir,
I have left my BMW X3 Luxury Line vehicle (Regn. No. TN30 CC 7575) for a periodic service on 09.11.2020 at BMW Kun Exclusive, Coimbatore. The vehicle was booked for service after the vehicle was scrutinized by the service dealer.
While my representative went to take delivery of the vehicle he has noticed scratches on the Right Hand Front Door which was not there while leaving for service.
The service charge of Rs.30, 000 have been paid on the same day when my representative was there to take delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was left behind with the service dealer at Coimbatore without taking delivery.
I have demanded a letter from the service dealer stating that “the damage (scratch Right Hand Front Door) has occurred in the service centre of BMW Kun Exclusive while it was sent for the service.
But they have sent me a letter by email on 13.11.2020 not even without stating the damage made by them while it was left for the service. I have also attached the screen shot of the same mail.
As the letter sent by them does not have the words “the damage has occurred in the service centre only” I called back the Personal Care Assistant Selvi. Devianani who was speaking to me for the past one year. After I spoke to her and informed the non acceptance of the statement made in letter by them, she told me that they are not authorized to give a letter of negligence of service.
I have not given any pressure for them to rectify the damage they have made for my vehicle which was registered by September 2019 which hardly 14 months from the date of registration. I have maintained my vehicle at the showroom condition since from day 1 I took delivery of the vehicle especially without any scratch or dent.
I sole intention is to have an apologize letter from the service dealer stating very clearly that the scratch on the Right Hand Front Door has occurred in their service centre during the periodic service.
I do will take delivery of the car only if the letter is sent to me on the letter head of Kun Exclusive Service Centre, Coimbatore. If I am not going to get the letter in a matter of 5 working days time as per my terms mentioned I will not take delivery of the vehicle and I am helpless other than taking legal action against BMW and its exclusive service centre for its worst state of providing service and trying to make fool of its customer.
Note: As on date the vehicle is still in the Kun Exclusive Service Centre, Coimbatore. I am also afraid that as the vehicle was with them they may intentionally make damage or take away the original spares from my vehicle.
