My name is sushil kumar chauhan (cmp engineers and contractors pvt ltd)
my car is serviced by deutsche motors faridabad.
Problems before service was
1. Overheating & starting problem.
2. Steering not moving up and down.
3. Air conditioner and front fan not working properly
mr. Ankit tiwari service advisor told me that you are facing starting problem & steering problem because of a battery issue and overheating and air conditioner issue because of the front fan.
I am totally unsatisfied with the reason shared by them.
He assured me that this is my gurantee. I left my car for 2 to 3 days in the workshop to check properly and understand the problem.
They changed my car battery, front fan, 2 tyres and charge me rs.190587.00 for that.
I paid that bill and they drop my car at my location.
Next day when i start my car i face starting problem again trying 10 to 15 times to start my car, airconditioner problem is still same (cooling not proper), alignment is not good but steering problem is resolved.
Also i have booked new bmw car from deutsche motors earlier and decided to cancel that booking because of this type of service provided by bmw deutsche motors or go to mercedes benz side.
I am not happy & satisfied with the car service they looted me in service part.
Conclusion :- service advisor not trained and professional of bmw deutsche motor's.
I appricate if bmw india take strict action against bmw deutsche motors (faridabd).
