On 15.06.2019 8.30 AM, my car was picked up for service at Ambathur KUN BMW workshop. By noon I was asked for the mail id and it was given. I was not aware why I was asked the mail id. Evening again the service advisor Kishore called me and reconfirmed the mail id. I was waiting for the vehicle to come back on the same day as usual. At 8 PM when I called the service advisor he simply answered saying I have not replied to their mail so the vehicle was not serviced.
Since I wanted the vehicle for my use on Monday I told them to send back my car today and it was delivered back without any service done. Such lethargic attitude of staff I did not imagine in BMW workshop. This is not the first occasion I am experiencing this. All out there are very arrogant and least bothered about customers satisfaction. They hardly pick any calls and reply stating that they were in a meeting.
I do not want to service my car at KUN. Do you have any other authorized service center in Chennai? What corrective action you would be taking for this issue? So much of my time is wasted by sending my car and getting back and so on and so forth. Now my vehicle is service overdue. Was this information helpful? |
