BMW India — Worst service provided by OSL PRESTIGE PVT LTD

For my normal servicing I have paid quoted money on 10-November-2020 for Rs.36310.
My vehicle was countered problem with message Battary not charging on 12-Dec-2020. Message with picture sent to service engineer. Inspite of repeated request and inform in advance an engineer visited for servicing on 26-Jan-2021. And inform that he is not known and not even informed about the message. Now he advised it will take another 2/3 month to give service.
Please understand and not my complain will not stop here until and unless if you are not given satisfactory service before 7 days from today.
Also note that as advised my vehicle was kept without using from 12 Dec 20. All damage to be borned by your company.
What type of quality service your company is giving. My message will reach your CEO soon. Plz act accordingly.
