BMW — not getting winning cash

It is said that i was selected as the winner of 2018 in sri lanka. I rejected all offerings other than cash prize. I attached the view of this certificate indicating the cash prize. If this information is true, that prize has to be sent. Otherwise it is known to be a fraud information. The said bmw company must take responsibility for the future anti-fraud activities of some unknown persons who are using the company name and my email and phone number.

Updated by Sakthithasan Samithamby As informed by BMW company Manager I did not get CASH Prize still. I ignore the offers in the package shown. If this information is correct the CASH Prize must be sent. Otherwise it is treated to be fraud and BMW company must be responsible for using my Phone number and Email in improper illegal way and this leads to action against the company.
