Dear all This is to inform you that I am saddened the way my vehicle GJ 16 BB 3704, BMW X1 series is giving me trouble. This is three year old vehicle. Ever since we purchased the vehicle there were problem with tyre blasting - 3 Nos of tyres ( Tyres replaced), then there were battery problem ( battery replaced), thereafter steering problem ( steering replaced), currently starting trouble ( which we understand from your Surat dealers that there is problem with fuel pump and needed replacement). The vehicle is collected and at your Surat Service Centre since last 10 days and still no clew when they will get the parts and replace it and send my vehicle.?!! I am under stress while riding this vehicle as I may not be knowing when where this vehicle will stop . I have spent a lot money for replacing parts and lost lot of time due to breakdown during a journey at odd hours. we also send the vehicle on time for serive to your approved service station at Surat ie., Parsoli Motors. I am also having several medium range vehicles from other manufactures, which never gave me trouble for parts like BMW. Does it mean that the high cost products won't give the desired life or you use substandard product ? please give a reasonable answer for why this is happening and the life expectancy of your parts and vehicle is hadly 3 years? with regards, B.
