Hi, we bought Rockerz 450 headphone last year from Amazon during Great Indian Festival.After using a while one side of headphone speaker is not working, we are not able to hear anything.so please do the needful help to us, thank you.

i have taken this headphones 6 months from now and they are awesome but it has automatically broken from inside so i request to exchange it .

    I had returned Boat Rockerz 235V2 earphones that i bought from the boat website on 6th september-2021. I had applied for return on 10th September-2021. The product was successfully delivered to the boat centre but I haven't received the refund amount of ₹1019.15 till now.no response from boat customer care.Please process my refund as soon as possible.

      I have purchased Boat Rockerz 295V2 from amazon in Feb 2021, I have raised complaint at service Centre of Sector 18 Noida regarding the same they have raised replacement request for Boat Rockerz295V2 Black vide Request Number on 13th August 2021 service ticket number 3102446 and service reference number RVSRNTCD[protected]and I have received Lime Green Colour after that .

      Again on 17th September I have raised complaint to receive worng colour service ticket number 3446712 and service reference number RVSRNTCD[protected] & I had ordered for Black, but again I received Lime green colour and in description of the product Black is mention Receipt attached and also I have received Unbox product, in polythin only. I have attached photo of that as well.

          I will give my earphone on 11sep 21 so he will say I will replace ur earphone in 3to4 days and I will wating to 15 days and will boat call center not pick up my call and service center not give a proper answer so what will be do at this time

              I buy your product last April but your product will not work properly their many issues in this I complaint many times yur company not reslove my issue they cannot discuss if yu have this kind of services next time I can't buy any product

                THE BIG BRAND MAKING A ### CONTINUE.

                THIS IS THIRD TIME, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT, AND BOAT REJECTED WITH SAME REASON.

                THREE TIMES IN A ROW ... THE BIG BRAND REJECTED MY COMPLAINT.

                Rs. 999.00 DOES NOT MAKE A SENSE BUT THE BEHAVIOUR OF A BRAND MAKING FOOL EVERY TIME IS CONCIRN FOR THE NEXT PURCHASE BY ME, BY MY NEAR AND DEAR ONES.

                As I was assured of the BIG BRAND's act you have rejected my complaint once again by making same reason and you attached the same invoice in your mail.

                This invoice (which you are providing me every time) is not available in my desktop and why I will attach a wrong invoice for claiming the warranty.

                THIS INVOICE OF ANY SANJAY YADAV, PURCHASED ANY MOBILE IS AVAILABLE AT YOR END AND IN YOUR DEVICE.
                YOU ARE JUST DENIED MY CLAIM FOR A FALSE REASON.

                            First I purchase a bluetooth device of boat I.e boat rockerz 335 but after 15days it's not working properly so I gave it to boat service center I.e. noida. After register a complaint after 25 days I got the Airdopes 381 active black instead of boat rockerz 335. But after 3 4 days airdopes is also not working. I call customer care but u guys are responding my call. So what I do for now please solve my problem Asap.

                              Hi Team,

                              We placed an order on 06 SEPT 2021 for BOAT Airdopes 131 - Wireless Earbuds (ordered copy attached). But we didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
                              When we are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is yet to be dispatched from our warehouse. Please try again later once your order is dispatched:).

                              This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order will be delivered in 3-5 business days but it has been 15 days now that order is still waiting for dispatch.
                              Also we have called multiple times to customer care of boAt but we did not receive any satisfactory and good response from customer care.
                              Please let us know the reason why the order has not been dispatched yet.

                              This is a really disappointing situation that we have not received yet.
                              Kindly help us in the fast delivery of our ordered products and also escalate this issue to the higher authority in boAt.

                                    I ordered Boat Rockerz 550 headphones on 13th July 2021 and received on 17th July 2021, slowly the product creating trouble like one side not working and volume will be low during wired condition, so I raised replacement request on 08th August 2021 and got a sudden call from a guy for pick up of the product on 10th August 2021 while I was at work no prior intimation was given that they will pick up on that day, they was speaking very rudely at that point I felt I made some mistake by ordering boat later on 12th August the product was picked up and acknowledgement messages were received one suddenly a guy called and spoke half hindi & half English and in a rude tone he asked whether I want refund or replacement, I stated replacement thinking that though the service levels were poor product might be good by mistake I would have received a faulty piece, it's more than a month now I am sending mails and making calls but no response at all, have mentioned the order number return request number on the top, kindly do the needful.

                                    Really frustrated after too many follow ups without any response from the other side. Boat is a lesson to me I guess.
