I have purchased an AC in Jun 2020 wherein we were informed of 5 years warranty for PCB and compressor. Now when my PCB is faulty. Customer care is telling it will be chargeable and is out of warranty.

I have also escalated the matter through Twitter X however I am yet to hear proper reply from them.

I have request Check service request Ticket number is 41421396 on 30-2-23. Tries almost all means to contact to Daikin- gave miscall, but did not call back and number of technician given by Daikin was wrong, invalid. As you know scorching heat, its very difficult to stay without Air conditioner, I would expect Daikin to be more respectful towards thier customer and contact us, plz send technician ASAP.

When we touched the Air conditioner Cooling fan got an electric shock. This is coming when we use the Air conditioner. Could you please check it once and do the needul.

The Daikin AC doesn't cool. Since the time I purchased the Daikin Split AC, every year I have consumed my time, energy, and money to get the issue fixed, but this AC has literally never worked.

Below is a brief history:
1) 05/05/18: AC Purchased

2) 13/09/18: No-cooling issue was raised.

3) 13/09/18: Gas Refilled. (Service Order# 2593. Rs00)

4) 24/06/19: No-cooling issue...

Last year i complaint about the faulty PCB that come in AC and after lot of hazzles you replace another PCB.

Now again in 1 year and 3months the PCB is faulty again and your service team want us to pay again for new PCB. And you guys donot give any warranty on new PCB!!

I had purchased a Diakin split inverter ac Through Daikin authorised Dealer Pragya Metro Electronics, Loni SHahdra on 20th May 2020. Since its installation This AC giving problems every now and Then, In past I have raised several complaints, but this year since April 2023 This AC is cooling only for 2 days and then stopping.
I got it checked, got servicing done, got gas refilling done every time their technicians...

Pcb replacement time is 3-4 days.
Don't you think it's a harassment for consumers in this kind of weather.
Why spare parts are not availble early.The technicians seem least interested in the issue....

On 18/06/2023 i have call to AC machinic from your company, to solve the leakage problem and refill the gas in my spilt AC. after 2 hours of repairing he tell me that your coil is fully damage, please replace the same. i agree them because i dont know about the spare parts of AC. Even I bought Daikin Inverter split AC on April 2019 in Amazon. PCB board failed in June 2023 and when checked in invoice it says 5 years warranty for PCB board failure. But technician said it covers for 1 year alone and purchased after Sep 1st only has 5 years coverage. This is completely a scam from a well known manufacturer.

Hi Team,

We bug Daikin split AC GTL50/RLG50TV16 on 13th June 2021 but since then its not working.

We have submitted many complaints in last 2 years and engineer came and always fill the gas and after 10 days its stopped working.
