New AC with not working remote

I recently purchased a new Daikin AC last week, and the installation was completed three days ago. However, I was not provided with a working remote at the time of installation.
Despite following up continuously for the past three days, I have not received the remote. The service team has been giving repeated excuses instead of resolving the issue.

urgent escalation: unresolved pcb issue & service ticket loop

I am writing to formally escalate a long-standing and unresolved issue regarding my Daikin unit’s PCB, which has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

The PCB was replaced on May 30, 2025, but since the second week of August, I have been facing the same issue again. I have made multiple calls to Saini Aircool and have been chasing this matter via email since Aug 28, yet there has been no resolution.

Iam a regular customer for Daikin Air conditioners for the past 20 years. I recently replaced my 10 year old 1.5T daikin AC with another new 1.5T AC of Sept 2024 make from your local dealer M/s Koolwell Sales India, Chembur, Mumbai. I also purchased from same dealer another 1.5T daikin AC around 15 months back FTKM50UV16V.
I find the the latest model side-swing feature is missing and this change you never told as a difference in your features list (of latest offering).
"Latest' models normally are improved versions and not curtailed versions unless specifically told. This is highly unethical to change features without a clear indication to customer - I need a remedy as to why you did something which is normally not done in the market.

    From installation to performance, the entire process has been frustrating and disappointing.

    First thing I noticed was the excessive noise as running two table fans simultaneously, the installation team was so bad and worst as the two young technicians who came, was clear they lacked experience and knowledge about the product, the room was like a barn post the process. The remote display is tiny and blurry, making it nearly impossible to understand anything. Once you switch on there won’t be any display on the wall unit and you have to switch on display every time. The installation charge as per flipkart was only 825 and I ended up paying 2240/ in total – As I had no energy left for another argument paid the same and closed. The flipkart CC team is assuring a replacement but I am scared about another 2k and all the mess they can create with dismadling and reinstallation. Such a horrible experience I never had with any other AC at this premium price.

      I am writing to express my concern regarding a problem with the condenser coil of my Daikin air conditioner, which is covered under warranty. I purchased the unit on[protected], and it is model number Daikin 1.5 Ton 3 Star SplitAC with PM 2.5 Filter -White with serial number [protected],[protected].

      I reported the issue with the condenser coil on[protected], and it has now been over 30 days without any effective resolution from your side. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any satisfactory response or action to address this problem.

      The prolonged delay in addressing this issue is causing significant inconvenience to my family and disrupting our daily activities. I kindly request immediate action to resolve this matter, whether it be through a replacement or a prompt repair.

      I trust that you will address this issue at the earliest and provide me with an update regarding the resolution. Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

        Faulty AC no service provided

        I am from Pune. My Daikin AC which was bought 15 months back is not functioning since 3 months. The same has been communicated to Daikin as well its service Partner Blue Ocean for more than 5-6 times. No service is being provided till now....

        Daikin service experience is very bad

        Poor service and treatment

        There is a fault in PCB and the company's engineer has visited by home and did the inspection. He confirmed that PCB is under warranty as my purchase date is June 2020. Another person from authorised dealer also confirmed that PCB has 5 year warranty, the dealer name is Shuksare and his contact no is [protected]. Now they are not replacing the PCB for no reason. It is more than 2 weeks that the AC is not repaired. Now the dealer is not responding too. Highly disappointed with such services of Daikin.

            I have purchased an AC in Jun 2020 wherein we were informed of 5 years warranty for PCB and compressor. Now when my PCB is faulty. Customer care is telling it will be chargeable and is out of warranty.

            Model -FTKL50TC16V
            Ser- 0093237.

            Kindly look into it.

            I have also escalated the matter through Twitter X however I am yet to hear proper reply from them.

              highly disappointed with daikin brand new ac purchase done on 31-3-2024 and its not working

              Hi Team,

              We have purchased the Daikin AC on 31st March 2024 from Reliance Smart Bazar, Location-Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West .It got installed on 2nd April . It has not worked since that day. Also there is no booklet and Warranty card came with the AC . On asking the technician who came to installed it he said it is going to be there. When I checked AC boxes nothing was there and now I am doubtful whether they have given...

              I have request Check service request Ticket number is 41421396 on 30-2-23. Tries almost all means to contact to Daikin- gave miscall, but did not call back and number of technician given by Daikin was wrong, invalid. As you know scorching heat, its very difficult to stay without Air conditioner, I would expect Daikin to be more respectful towards thier customer and contact us, plz send technician ASAP.
              Kindly take this Ticket Request as Priority as resolve soon.

                  The Daikin AC doesn't cool. Since the time I purchased the Daikin Split AC, every year I have consumed my time, energy, and money to get the issue fixed, but this AC has literally never worked.

                  Below is a brief history:
                  1) 05/05/18: AC Purchased

                  2) 13/09/18: No-cooling issue was raised.

                  3) 13/09/18: Gas Refilled. (Service Order# 2593. Rs00)

                  4) 24/06/19: No-cooling issue...

                  Last year i complaint about the faulty PCB that come in AC and after lot of hazzles you replace another PCB.

                  Now again in 1 year and 3months the PCB is faulty again and your service team want us to pay again for new PCB. And you guys donot give any warranty on new PCB!!

                  HOW ARE YOU MAKING THIS AS BUSINESS IN INDIA TO LET CUSTOMERS REPLACE PCB EVERY YEAR AND DONOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY ON THEM TOO!!

                    Pure scam in name of inverter ac warranty, selling defective products

                    Hi,

                    I had purchased a Diakin split inverter ac Through Daikin authorised Dealer Pragya Metro Electronics, Loni SHahdra on 20th May 2020. Since its installation This AC giving problems every now and Then, In past I have raised several complaints, but this year since April 2023 This AC is cooling only for 2 days and then stopping.
                    I got it checked, got servicing done, got gas refilling done every time their technicians...
