With reference to above, please note that the same watch was purchased from flipkart on 18 July 2021 which was delivered on 19 July 2021, was working alright since then, gifted to my father on his birthday.
But unfortunately the same is not working for last 9 days, the effort of recharging proved futile . Which has given enough dissatisfaction in my mind and raised suspicion about your product quality.
Please advise me as to what to do with the watch for immediate resumption of the performance of the watch proving BOAT as a renowned product as i knew earlier
I look forward to your immediate advise and necessary replacement of the product, per return, for my entire satisfaction .
