I have placed an order for two headsets that cost Rs. 1, 198.00(pre-paid) on August 31, 2021. But I received some other products (it was a watch that cost 2000 something) on 02 September 2021. I have raised a return on the same day. Handover to Courier expresses bees on Friday, 3rd Sep 2021.
But I didn't get my replaced item till now. Till now I couldn't contact Boat or Express bees Customer care. Because nothing is customer-friendly. No reply for emails and the chat boot system is auto generated. They don't have a person to do the chat process. I have called their customer service I've waited in the queue for 15 mins. then when I became first in the queue that was also an autogenerated one, they dropped the call with a msg of call back.
Now its shows this status in Xpressbess,
"Monday, 6th Sep 2021 03.33 PM WHHandover"
By evening the boat status has changed to "Converted Exchange Request To Refund Request". I didn't request a refund.
I need to have a proper status about my purchase. I need to get connect with them either by phone or mail. My contact no:[protected]
