Hi Team,
I have bought boat sound bar on August 14th but it got delivered after 12days, after that it had an issue the sound is not coming for OTT channels and I have made multiple followups with store people but they are not responding towards the issue and it's nearly a month from the time I have paid but still had an issue.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and don't delay the issue.
Very irresponsible people not even giving a commitment for resolving the issue. Take serious action on this issue.

I ordered two airbuds in the month of june and had to cancel them both within 24 hours itself. Each cost ₹1899. Only one order has been refunded. I called them a lot of times and written emails in these past months but they never took it seriously. They will either lie saying that they will resolve it in 5 days or hang up the call as soon as they introduce themselves. This is after lots of waiting in queue. Once i even got pissed at them after waiting for hours and getting my call cut twice in a row and told them i’ll complain to Cyber crime and they lied again that they’ll refund my amount shortly but they never did. I had also asked them to send me an email with follow up process several times and they never did. I have been toiling behind this for 4 months.

With reference to above, please note that the same watch was purchased from flipkart on 18 July 2021 which was delivered on 19 July 2021, was working alright since then, gifted to my father on his birthday.

But unfortunately the same is not working for last 9 days, the effort of recharging proved futile . Which has given enough dissatisfaction in my mind and raised suspicion about your product quality.

Please advise me as to what to do with the watch for immediate resumption of the performance of the watch proving BOAT as a renowned product as i knew earlier

I look forward to your immediate advise and necessary replacement of the product, per return, for my entire satisfaction .

An earliest action from your end will be highly appreciated .

I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 7 th of September . On the 7th of September it showed as out for delivery and on the 11 th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

I ordered a boat airdropes 381 Blue color on 1 September 20201 but they were unable to dispatch it within a week and showing that it'll deliver it after a day so i tried to cancel it but there wasn't any option for it on boat official app, so i called on their customer care service which they provided and cancelled it but still haven't cancelled it and now not picking up the call and delivering my product on 17 September having order it 748922

I have purchased boAt bassheads 100 Black earphones (wired) last year through Amazon, with a warranty period of 1 year. As the product was shipped on 3 September 2020 and the product started misbehaving on 25 August 2021 (Only one side of earphones is working now). Do I registered a complaint through Gmail and boAt website on 29 August 2021(well within warranty period).
Now I was in quarantine so I was not able to reach out at service center so I tried calling boat customer service to either extend the warranty period or give any solution. Their customer executive told me to register same complaint again on the same email account. I did the same but till now I haven't received any reply from boAt executives.
Whenever I call they make me wait for 20 minutes and disconnects call thereafter,

I have recordings of all these misbehaving calls and screenshots of complaint.
