    Hi All, I placed an order for smartwatch on BOAT website on 21st September Order number - 707320. the estimated delivery date was 26th however when i tracked on delhivery site it said the order was not ready for shipment on 23rd, 24th, 24th September. On 26th it said the order was cancelled by the seller. but on BOAT website it was still showing in progress whenever I called customer care they always said we are escalating and there was no resolution. so I had to cancel the order on 1st September.

    then on 1st I placed a fresh order- 752166 for the same smartwatch, again I am getting similar updates like what I have been getting for my previous order. as per the tracking details on 4th September Order is not ready with the seller. and today again it said Order is not ready with the seller.

    Can you please look into it and get the order delivered asap I am not getting any concrete response from customer care or emails. I want my order to be delivered asap as it is well in stock. it is always available on the site.

      ORDER NUMBER: #642831

      Reference to the mentioned order number, order placed on 05 Aug 21 in Boat online, Paid upfront. I am yet to receive the delivery. however i been notified through email that the item already delivered on 12 Aug 21.

      From that day i am contacting support team over email, messenger etc. not even single feedback

      Its been more than 25 days and i am yet to receive any update.

        I recently ordered an boat bluetooth headset and after a week its show that the product is unavailable and the refund amount will be credited to your account in 7 day
        Its have been 3 months since the the refund order initiated
        I haven't received any refund amount to my account

          I had ordered boat 550 headphones from the website and made the payment
          But order was not confirmed and I didn't recieve my order id
          Now payment is done and amount is debited and I'm not able to cancel my payment nor the order is confirmed.
          Payment was done through gpay.

                          On 5/08/21 I raised a complaint for replacement of my product Boat Rockerz 370 (sound distortion issue) the item was received by them on 8 august and was now in testing phase.
                          however 1 month has passed since the complaint and the order status is still- in testing phase.

                          multiple emails, escalation and calls have been done.
                          the company doesn't respond on emails.

                          I called them on 14 august and they said product is out of stock and they will provide replacement within 2 weeks
                          After 2 weeks i called them and they said that product is out of stock and alternate product will be issued and to choose the alternate product they will email me within 48 hours.
                          After 48 hours that is on 27 Aug called them again and they repeated the same thing. I called them on 29 aug they said the same thing then on 31 aug and 2 September and on 4 September. This has been going on since then and it has been 1 month and 1 day since the complaint and they have
                          been repeating the same thing i have call recordings which have been recorded with consent of the person i was talking to and screenshots of multiple emails.

                            I have bought boAt Airdops 131 recently and now within 10 days o[censored]se the left side of the aidops is not working and it is showing as low battery even by putting it into full charge . Need replacement as the warranty is for one year.

                                Order cancelled but not refunded

                                I have ordered boAt 381 in ear less earbuds dark blue instead of boAt 441 earbuds mistakenly from boAt website(order #754031)on 2nd September.After ordering I got my mistake and cancelled it within 2 hours of order placed.But the refund is not yet been initiated.please solve the issue as soon as possible.

I got a mail from your end that they replaced but they are not reached to me I daily got the messages that your headphones are arriving but later they didn't reach by simply saying address problem if there's problem in my address how can they firstly get the headphones for replacement please look into this matter

                                    I ordered boat 255pro+ wireless headset from boat website on 03rd september and it's been 2 days and I have not even received a order ID through mail or phone number. Customer care said after 24hrs will reach on order id but still now not received anyone message. I now want to. Order id or cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.
