Charging problem issues

One side of my earphone is not working

On 5/08/21 I raised a complaint for replacement of my product Boat Rockerz 370 (sound distortion issue) the item was received by them on 8 august and was now in testing phase.
however 1 month has passed since the complaint and the order status is still- in testing phase.

multiple emails, escalation and calls have been done.
the company doesn't respond on emails.

I called them on 14 august and they said product is out of stock and they will provide replacement within 2 weeks
After 2 weeks i called them and they said that product is out of stock and alternate product will be issued and to choose the alternate product they will email me within 48 hours.
After 48 hours that is on 27 Aug called them again and they repeated the same thing. I called them on 29 aug they said the same thing then on 31 aug and 2 September and on 4 September. This has been going on since then and it has been 1 month and 1 day since the complaint and they have
been repeating the same thing i have call recordings which have been recorded with consent of the person i was talking to and screenshots of multiple emails.

I have bought boAt Airdops 131 recently and now within 10 days o[censored]se the left side of the aidops is not working and it is showing as low battery even by putting it into full charge . Need replacement as the warranty is for one year.

I have ordered boAt 381 in ear less earbuds dark blue instead of boAt 441 earbuds mistakenly from boAt website(order #754031)on 2nd September.After ordering I got my mistake and cancelled it within 2 hours of order placed.But the refund is not yet been initiated.please solve the issue as soon as possible.

I already registered my complaint pn boat replacement. I got a mail from your end that they replaced but they are not reached to me I daily got the messages that your headphones are arriving but later they didn't reach by simply saying address problem if there's problem in my address how can they firstly get the headphones for replacement please look into this matter

When you are launching new product/gadgets are not available in your site and that are available in filpkart and they are selling huge price

I am asking you why your product are not available in your site

I ordered boat 255pro+ wireless headset from boat website on 03rd september and it's been 2 days and I have not even received a order ID through mail or phone number. Customer care said after 24hrs will reach on order id but still now not received anyone message. I now want to. Order id or cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.
Payment was made through paytym.

Hey i m siva i got a massage to my mobile from boathead, with an order number 771391. Actually i didnt order any product so can i know the person details, it will helps me to collect the product or not when delivery time.

I order boat rockers 400 from its official website on 1 september. but it not even dispatched even after 5 days.i try to cancel but it not even cancelling my order.

One side note working

My product boAt rockerz 235v2 is not returned to me . But in the status it shows it is returned to me . Please examine your mistake and i need my product soon. Otherwise i will take legal action against your company.

BoAt Rockerz 235v2 with ASAP charging Version 5.0 Bluetooth Headset is not working in one of the ear-sets. I want to get it exchanged since my product is still in warranty.

I have complained more than 4 times but no service of boat bluetooth is given. The ticket number is 3217093:.

I have canceled my order 757555 till when will I get the refund.

I have ordered a product two days back and yet the order has not been dispatched and no response from boat people.

Kindly look into it as soon as possible.
There is no other way to contact boat personal.

I cancelled my order om boat lifestyle.

I paid partial amount with gift card and partial with paytm.

I have yet not received the refund for paytm

When I was paying the amount through UPI, the payment got stuck and the money got deducted from my bank account and the order was not placed. Then I got an E-mail that the payment failed but I didn't received my refund yet. Help me please!

I purchased one bAot Rockerz 335 Wireless headphone from Amazon but now it's not working. Please replace this headphone.
