      From past 2 weeks sun woofer suddenly not working. I was raise the complaint before a week and the service person visited my house then just take a pic and said as has to replace the board wait for 2 days ur board gets replaced. But untill now there is no response. What I have to do?

            My friends gifted me a boAt eardopes 621 but when i open the new package the right side hinges has been defective. If i visit the service store they tell its physical damage rather its defective piece.

                Few time ago i changed my boat airdrops 171 by boat service center online which token id is 2286157.
                But I received a single wire earphone by your courier partner which was not my product then i again complaint in your company but I haven’t any replacement of it. But my shipment status show’s delivered but I haven’t any product please help me and give me my real product please.

                  I bought a Bluetooth of boat airdopes 281 pro from Amazon on 1st july and in 10th August the product stopped working its not getting charge and the battery is getting low in every single hour they claim that the battery power is 32 hours as my product was in warranty i asked a replacement they ask me to register on their website i logged they give me tha service centre address i went the centre was closed and no one is responding then again i called on their customers care they ask me to mail on some email address and ask for doorstep replacement its been 25 days they just say we have escalated your complaint yiu will get revert almost 15 mails i had mailed them and yesterday they are asking me to again register a complaint please help me out 2000 isnt a small amount i want a replacement because my product is in warranty

                        I have registered a complaint with tkt no 2812857 and ID RB [protected] dtd 15 Jul 21. Till date my complaint is not resolved and no further update was given either. when contacted and quoted ticket no customer support is answering that the ticket is invalid. Its been more than 45 days and now my warrant is also expired on 08 Aug 21.

                        I request you to pls resolve my issue at the earliest and demand compensation for the mental harassment caused to me and the non-utilisation of the product for the period from lodging a complaint.

                              Me log a complant on boat registered web and they given me no and ask me we collect your faulty and after 24 days return you product in between but we can do

                              me request all other person to dont but boat products buy only which company given locally service and hand to hand this product is use for daily basis need to be replaced hand to hand i think

                                Hi team,

                                Very wrost service in boat accessories.
                                I have purchased a BOAT 335 NECKBAND in the month of July from Amazon. Now its not working. And no one wants to listen on this. IA have also raise a complain regarding this. It's very 3rd class service. Even not connecting to customer care. I will not prefer to any one to purchase BOAT BRAND. COMPLAIN RESOLUTION REMARKS- bill invalid.

                                And amazone has given the bill.

                                  Hi, i have purchased rockerz 295v2 black Bluetooth earphone, after 6 month both sides are not working properly then I have register online complaint, after complaint pick my product for repair/replacement by xpressbees courier.
                                  Product send to boat on 23rd August and 31 st August i have received Bluetooth rockerz 255 pro+, with poor packaging no have extra earbuds.
                                  Request you to return me same product rockerz 295v2.

                                    I ordered boAt rockerz 255 pro+ yesterday and i paid through Paytm to boat but when i track the order it says order id not found... For proof i even added the payment receipt that i was e-mailed... Boat please either refund my money or deliver the product ASAP...

                                      I had registered replacement request on boat lifestyle website as rockerz 295 v2 I bought its one side stop working after only 2 months..they accepted replacement request and rockerz 295 v2 I send recieved at their end(boat hub). Its been more than 1 month..and when I call on customer care evertime they say that ur product is out of stock and we are giving u alternate options you can choose from them..and we will send the product..and then after selecting product or emailing them..there is no reply or any email from boat team..they are just keep on delaying..I have called more than 10 times..and evertime every customer care say different things..like one will say ur alternate options are boat rockerz 335 and 255..and when I choose 335 they will say okay they will dispatch...but after cutting call no confirmatory email..nothing.. and when I call again after some day they will say 335 is also not available...Boat team can't keep theeir said words..I am very disappointed..I am suggesting not to order from boat again
