I have registered the complaint in the boat website, on 6th august the product was picked up by 'xpressbees logistics' .In boat website it is showing as "Product has been delivered to our service center. It usually takes 2 business days to inward the product." But when I called customer care they are telling we haven't received yet. In xpressbees website also it is showing as "Current Status: Delivered
Estimated Delivery: Friday, 13th Aug 2021".
I have also requested for escalation in boat official website but there is no response from the company. even after informing in customer care. It had been 15 days now
