    I bought a boat AAVANTE Bar 1160 in april 2021.But now the sound quality has got bad which is not at all clear.please check or replace my product as soon as possible.Thank you.

      I've claimed my warranty for my earphone and it has been sent to the company for the replacement..but it's not delivered to me yet ... I've claimed it on 29th of July and it's not delivered to me yet... i need my package .I'll be very grateful if you can do the same ...

        I would like to inform u that I ordered boat stone 1500 red colour speaker but I got product delivered so late as expected delivery was 10 August but I received parcel on 19/8/2021 when I was open my parcel I was totally shock and see I got wrong product inside your delivery parcel and I got 1 liter real juice packed inside the box. How could u do this to valuable customer and I want solution as soon as possible and hope u help to give me speedy response. Sir Iam totally dispointaded to your service this is my first bad experience with boAt iam felling fraud to me ! So I will request to you please help me

              The connection is loose.and i got 2year warranty so i go to claim warranty.so i register the complaint with boat and express courier partner come and take the product.on 11august and now i track they shown the product is delivered. i got product recieved.so this is the fraud sone by boat or express bee together.they take my usb cable and not give me back.this is very bad service.i want my cable back soon.

                I ordered Boat bassheads103 on February 3 ...after completing 5 month o[censored]sage the right side of the earphone is not working ...I can't go to service center because of large distance and covid situation.Then I want door step repair immediately...now 22 days completed till now I didn't got any updates from boat company ...my money Wasted..

                  Right airdopes are not getting paired with the left one and I have to long press on it to pair it with the phone, once I pair it with the phone it shows the battery is full but they get discharged within 5-10 minutes.
                  They're not even showing charging lights whilst in the case.

                        Boat airdopes 131- Wireless Earbuds

                        Purchased Boat airdopes 131 in Feb'2021. Now from past one month the earbuds is not charging.
                        It shows battery low every time I used and mic is also not working properly.
                        I request you to please repair the charger asap.

                          I bought a Boat Storm Watch on 17th jul-2021. After 1 month I charged it full and suddenly its showing no charging. I visited to your customer service center but they denied to accept my product because it's has some dust on the charging point . Snapshot attached.

                          If the watch is water proof then how you can say that . It not comes in damage it's the problem of your product.

                              I ordered 2 pieces of boat rockerz 335 smartbuds edition (neck bands) from Amazon on 24th July. I got products on 27th July. Within 1 week one of the neckband stopped working. I logged a complaint for replacement of it, Today on 21/8/2021 my second neckband is stopped working. This is really very big disappointment. Because I had boat's sound system at my home (boat Avante bar 160). With this good faith in boat, I ordered these boat products. One big reason behind it is, Boat is an Indian company.                                       From the time my product is delivered i can't even turn it on, even after charging it.first my complaint was registered and approved for reverse pickup with ticket number 225441 but the shipper cancelled it on it's own.i bought it on 08/08/2021 and it was delivered on 14/08/2021 please i need a replacement for my product.
