Yesterday I have filed complaint regarding boat eardopes and till now I have not been solved with my complaint and one of your executive has called me and asked me from which website I have purchased it I said from Flipkart and then he disconnected the call ..I call him back again he disconnected my calls what is this... I have purchased boat eardopes 131 from Flipkart but I received bad product then I exchanged it to boat sites and they send me second hand bad boat eardopes which are not even working what I do now...

My boat airdopes black 431 were picked up by your courier service xpress bees and same is showing delivered at your place as on 4th August, 2021. I am continously checking status for updates but till date there is no response tried multiple times mailing but neither of your team has responded. My Ticket no. Is 2902890
Please confirm on updates or refund money back...

Left side bud is not working properly....

The one side headphone stop working on 15/08/2021 . I had bought the headphone on May 8 2021 . As it is in warranty period and one side of headphone not working so I am requesting boat company to replace my headphone as now it not working at one side of headphone.

I have sent the product for warranty claim but after that i haven't received the product yet but i recieved thr message that the product is delivered to me.the ticket #3005235 they closed the ticket without delivering the product ....

I'm unable to return the product .

I have purchased the boat rockerz 335 soon after its launch at a price of 1999. Now its price is just 1599 moreover this complaint isn't about the price reduction. Recently my sister bought the same product for the reduced price and her product has more features. Specially the powered buds or magnetic on/off. I had boat Airdopes purchased from Flipkart. After 3 months one side was not working and I raised a complaint in Boat website 2432537 on 29 May 2021. It was picked up for replacement in a week and had reached the boat consumer center in the next 4 days on 04 Jun 2021.

It has been 2 months and still I am waiting for my replacement to be processed. The customer service guys are not giving a proper explanation for the replacement....
