    I have got a coupon of 15% off on Boat lifestyle so I ordered Boat bassheads 102 wired earphone today. The amount is deducted from bank account(paytm wallet) but order is not placed and showed Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method. I am attaching screenshot of payment with order id. Please resolve my issue.

    I have got a coupon of 15% off on Boat lifestyle so I ordered Boat bassheads 100wired earphones and an aux cable on 12th August.       I had placed the order for boat rockerz 330 through their website online. I didn't receive any confirmation email or order details for the same. The amount has been debited from my account but I no have no information about my product.
      I want to cancel my order but unable to do so. Please someone look into it.
      I want a refund.

            On 29 july 2021, I ordered Boat Rockerz 255 Raging Red but due to covid it shows delivery is in transit. And after that it shows returning to R.T.O due to vehicle theft happened. Plz provide my full Refund and a free gift due to the problems i faced .

                        I checked out for a boat bassheads 242 wired earphone @ Rs. 339.15 on dt. 05.08.2021. Unfortunately the amount deducted from my paytm wallet but order wasn't placed. My transaction ID [protected]. I complained about it to boat customer service by call. They told me it will be refunded within 7 working days. They also told to mail them the proof at help.imaginemarketingindia.com and I sent my complain on this email.
                        But till now on dt- 23.08.2021, I didn't get any refund.

                                I've claimed my warranty for my earphone and it has been sent to the company for the replacement..but it's not delivered to me yet ... How could u do this to valuable customer and I want solution as soon as possible and hope u help to give me speedy response. Sir Iam totally dispointaded to your service this is my first bad experience with boAt iam felling fraud to me ! So I will request to you please help me

                                        The connection is loose.and i got 2year warranty so i go to claim warranty.so i register the complaint with boat and express courier partner come and take the product.on 11august and now i track they shown the product is delivered. i got product recieved.so this is the fraud sone by boat or express bee together.they take my usb cable and not give me back.this is very bad service.i want my cable back soon.
