      Purchase boat strom black colour watch for my father birthday.
      But watch is not working properly and get automatically disconnected from respective watch app. Now big concern is that no body is responding over Customer care support and there service centre are also not responsive over issues.

      I want my watch replace or refund my paid amount.

Payment is done through paytm with transaction id:[protected] and ordered id:[protected]-[protected].now i cant fond by orderd product details

          Its power on failure i have complaint 3 to 4 times but still not working no Engineer come to my address and not solving my problem its a warenty period do some solution to me otherwise i will case in consumer for this cheat it take my 20 days but problems not solve my sound bar currently off.

                Earphones order krne pr warranty to dedi but itna useless service h phle to service Centre fake location dalte h dwarka me jaha koi service centre nhi h. Fir janak puri ka address mail krte h jaha jakr pta chlta h ki vaha se madhu vihar shift kr diya gya h. Vaha ki location map pr nhi h dhund kr gyi to bola gya ki 10-4 ki timing h jbki net pr 10-6 dali hui h . Vaha jaane k baad bhi itna gnda costumer care k liye bithaya hua h jise baat krne ka bhi manners nhi h (he used the word "tu"). I'm dealing with this problem from last 2 months.

                          Its about an order that i placed. As the quality was not upto mark, as promised, i returned it within two days. It's been more than 10 days yet I haven't got the refund. When I checked the status, it says refund window closed.

                                Hello, Recently my Boat Wireless Headphone was not working on one side i raised a warranty complaint in boAt website. They picked up the product on 19th August and it says the Replaced product is "Delivered to Origin" and "WHHandover" in Xpressbees tracking webpage, but I didn't receive the product. Anyone pls help.
