My earphones one side is not working, some disturbance is coming, sond is getting low comparitively with the fresh earphone... One time previously also i complaint but they have not provided me a new one

Some one was calling me and asking me to do the transaction... But he was saying that's the process of getting refund... Is that fake or what ???? I[censored] people want to send refund u can simply send in the account or u people can give the code... Why he was misbehaving ... ??????

    On 27th August 2021, I was trying to Order boat airdopes 281 pro on Boat lifestyle website. But The amount got deducted from my bank account(paytm wallet) but order was not placed and showed "out of stock". I am attaching screenshot of my payment. So Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

    I am trying to order boat airdopes 121 v2 on 26 nov 2021 in black Friday sale. My money is deducted form my bank used Amazon pay for payment but I don't get order id or any other detail about my order I used my mobile number ([protected]) for playing order. I am attaching the screenshot of my payment.

              I have registered the complaint in the boat website, on 6th august the product was picked up by 'xpressbees logistics' .In boat website it is showing as "Product has been delivered to our service center. It usually takes 2 business days to inward the product." But when I called customer care they are telling we haven't received yet. In xpressbees website also it is showing as "Current Status: Delivered

              Estimated Delivery: Friday, 13th Aug 2021".
              I have also requested for escalation in boat official website but there is no response from the company. even after informing in customer care. It had been 15 days now

                          But watch is not working properly and get automatically disconnected from respective watch app. Now big concern is that no body is responding over Customer care support and there service centre are also not responsive over issues.

                              Its power on failure i have complaint 3 to 4 times but still not working no Engineer come to my address and not solving my problem its a warenty period do some solution to me otherwise i will case in consumer for this cheat it take my 20 days but problems not solve my sound bar currently off.

                                    Earphones order krne pr warranty to dedi but itna useless service h phle to service Centre fake location dalte h dwarka me jaha koi service centre nhi h. Fir janak puri ka address mail krte h jaha jakr pta chlta h ki vaha se madhu vihar shift kr diya gya h. Vaha ki location map pr nhi h dhund kr gyi to bola gya ki 10-4 ki timing h jbki net pr 10-6 dali hui h . Vaha jaane k baad bhi itna gnda costumer care k liye bithaya hua h jise baat krne ka bhi manners nhi h (he used the word "tu"). I'm dealing with this problem from last 2 months.
