Using boat 441 airpodes, since from the purchase date the battery life is really worst it's not even sustaining for 30mins after charging full

            I ordered above product and paid for the same but than error occurred, I didn't get any confirmation on email and number but deducted money from my Paytm.

                            Right side of my airdopes 441 was not working and it was under 1 year warranty period...so I submit a complaint of exchange of my airdopes..I register a complaint on 31 July 2021 and they arranged a picked up on 2nd August by xpressbees and they picked up..they have given me a ticket no 2971514..courier shipment tracking says whhandover but till now I haven't received my product..and they also canceled my ticket...

                            Please take action asap and deliver my product

                                I am using this products from one month but have many problems i was returned this for same issue but got 2nd also defective, the device volume is very low, unable to pick calls from device due to buttons are not working properly. if this is happening every time then I have to cancle my order
