I have purchased the boat rockerz 335 soon after its launch at a price of 1999. Now its price is just 1599 moreover this complaint isn't about the price reduction. Recently my sister bought the same product for the reduced price and her product has more features. Specially the powered buds or magnetic on/off. I paid extra 400 rupees and i got it with less features. As a customer i demand solving this issue ass soon as possible. I have attached the images of both the packages bellow red one is mine and the blue one is my sisters

        I am Davis S Philip.I have requested for a replacement of my boat airpods with ticket Number: 2771460 and is picked up on 13 july and received at service center on july 19.Till now i dont received the replaced item.its been 20 days
        If its out of stock, can you sent a different airpods with same specifications.Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

          I had boat Airdopes purchased from Flipkart. After 3 months one side was not working and I raised a complaint in Boat website 2432537 on 29 May 2021. It was picked up for replacement in a week and had reached the boat consumer center in the next 4 days on 04 Jun 2021.

          It has been 2 months and still I am waiting for my replacement to be processed. The customer service guys are not giving a proper explanation for the replacement.

              In the reference of ticket no. 2841490. I file a complaint about the replacement for my boat airdopes 402 Blue on 16 july 2021 And i received the replacement product on 2 August 2021. But in that instead of boat airdopes 402 Blue i got a wired earphones from the company. i also submitted a mail on 3 august 2021. But no response was there from the company side. Please help me for my right product

                Using boat 441 airpodes, since from the purchase date the battery life is really worst it's not even sustaining for 30mins after charging full
