      My boat headset suddenly stop working...and buds making constant sound...it had only last 3 & half months to taken headset from flipcart and it is in under warranty...I kindly request to solve my problem as soon as possible...!

        From the time my product is delivered i can't even turn it on, even after charging it.first my complaint was registered and approved for reverse pickup with ticket number 225441 but the shipper cancelled it on it's own.i bought it on 08/08/2021 and it was delivered on 14/08/2021 please i need a replacement for my product.

          Boat smart watch blue is not working, I had ordered it from Flipkart last month, Unable to contact the service center and there is no customer care number provided anywhere all the calls are automated.

          Please help me about the replacement process regarding my order, I need door to door pick up and replacement as the service center is 40km from my place. I have been trying since last 2 weeks to get in touch with proper customer care.

                                  I have been using this for almost a year now and some weird automated voice keeps saying "oops battery low" this issue comes when the airdopes are under 20% charge and even when i charge it to its maxium capacity it drops to 0% within 30-40 minutes while the company and told it will last for 12 hour...and i have put my hard earned money into this product thinking it will last for a year or 2 at max but this is a let down i dont think i will be ever using your products again and would like a refund or repair or replacement cause this is a faulty product sooo please correct this...
