I have ordered for a boat stone 1500 on 30th July 2021 (ID[protected]awb no- [protected]). The product was shown reached the destination station on 1st of august, and I tried calling both BOAT and XPRESSBEE customercare for the delivery . but product has not been delivered yet even after 8 days . Kindly do the needful

I recieved replacement product but why did you deliver it in a plastic packaging?? Why not from proper boat box packing? Very pathetic service. Boat is a brand. You should delivered it in a proper way and not from a plastic packing. I didn't receive extra earbud with earphones. What the heck your return policy is .. so pathetic

When i was placing order through boat website i went to payment mode there was to pay online i chose paytm mode to do payment. When payment was successful then after my cart was showing to pay. I tried to contact but no response came from boat side. Then i contacted paytm customer care they said that payment is made there is no problem from there side. Give me my refund

I Have applied for a replaced product of boAt Airdopes 441 as it was one side not working. The courier was picked up on 31st July. While tracking the shipment, the tracker shows Replaced product will be shipped within 5 days since 3rd August. It's now 5 days the status remaining same.
Courier shipment tracking says It's WH Handover. I didn't receive my product yet.

Please take action ASAP and deliver my product.

Hi, we had already registered a complaint regarding its charging issue and got the product replaced. But the product has stopped working again and I feel we are cheated here. It is not the replacement product but looks like the same product is given to us back with some minor patch work. The speaker is again not getting charged.

Never expected this kind of cheapest approach from your esteemed company.

I filled complaint on 22nd June that my one side earpod is not working after some day of purchase, so they generated pick up date on 9th July and now it's been one month they are not even updating but everytime I call customer care they say it's in process, no matter how I tried to contact them they are not responding, I seriously suggest you not to purchase anything from boat.

My boat Bassheads 100 pink coloured - both sides are not working and want to get it replaced.
I tried to contact via whatsapp but it shows error "Oops! I encountered an error. Let's restart! Which of the following do you need my help in?"

Also I am not able to log a complaint as it only shows various address of service center which are not near by.

Please log my complaint and get it replaced via home delivery.

I won't be able to visit the service center which is at thane as it is far away and trains not running for local citizens currently
