            I ordered boat rockerz 225 worless from boat website on 10/Aug/2021 and I have not even received a orded ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.

                                  I ordered my boAt earpod 131 on 3 August 2021 and was tracking the courier facility which had to deliver it to me for boAts side. But from past 5 days it says that my product is out for delivery and then by night it shows that the product was undelivered as late evening delivery was requested. I didn't even recieve any call. I have registered complaint several times and even contacted the delivery boy but of no use. There are no other means to contact and get my delivery. Every single time the customer care of the courtier facility tell that they have filed a compliant. But no action has been taken. Everyday false status has been uploaded when I have received no call regarding it. There's no response at all...
