Dear Sir,
I Purchased Boat Rockerz 335 headset on flipkart on[protected].
It stopped working on[protected]. I raised a warranty service or replacement request on[protected]. Your Ticket No is 2863435.
This ticket was processed and a replacement product received on[protected]. But the replacement product has the same power on failure issue. I called your customer care people and they gave a solution to raise a new request.
Again I raised a new request on[protected]. Your Ticket No is 2977562. Again this ticket was processed and a replacement product received on[protected]. But the same damaged product was received.
Again again they are playing with the same game until the warranty is over.
