Hinges got broken in regular use before 1 year of purchased. Don't buy this headphones, it's headband quality is cheap

      Left airpod showing red light continuously

      I bought a new pair of boat eardope 431. It worked fine for 1 day but now left eardope is showing red light continuously. It is not getting charged even after 3 hours of charging. No sound is comming in left eardope....

        BoAt is not registering my product warranty, I just bought these from Amazon on 26th July 2021, If you go to register the warranty, then the color of my product is not mentioned, but how can I borrow the warranty? On the other hand, for the warranty of my product, the option of colour of the product was not given, then how will the product's warranty be registered?

          I am writing this email to inform you that I have not received my refund after following up multiple times with BoAT call centre agents.

          I bought a product worth Rs 360.00 on June 29th 2021. Since I did not like the colour, I wanted to replace it. Since the product was out of stock, I had to put the request for a refund on the same day. Order # 518866.

          I made several calls to customer care and had multiple conversations on Twitter. All I get to hear is, the request for the refund has been processed but there is no credit in my account. I check every day but there is no money in the account.

              I ordered a boat product and i have done payment online but the problem is boat is showing no product is ordered and money is deducted from my account. Ordered number I get is being called invalid in product tracking option there is no support from the company very poor service

                          I placed an order for 2 Boat Airdopes 131 on 24th July 2021 and each priced at INR 1299 through the Boat official website bearing Order #592723. As on 28th July 2021 there is no update on the order and when I am trying to cancel the order, the system is throwing error saying Try again later.
                          The same product is available in other websites like amazon and flipkart for INR 999 with one day delivery.
                          Not only they have priced the same product at higher price and shipping information is also not available . I am unable to track the status. Also this purchase has lots its need as it was to be gifted. With no way of tracking the status nor cancelling the order, I would need action to resolve this by cancelling and repaying the amount.

                            Hi, placed a request to cancel the order since I did not like the colour of the Boat Bass Earphone 105. I placed the request to refund on the same data of purchasing the earphones that is 27th June 2021. It's been a month now after making four calls to customer service, and several conversation on the Twitter @RockWithBoat India I still did receive the refund of Rs. 360.00

                                Hello
                                I have been using boat 131 airdopes from last 2 months and suddenly my charging case is not charging my eardopes properly with in 2 mins it shows 100% charging of eardopes and moreover last night my left eardope also stoped working but when I press it it just blink red light for 1 sec and also I have done factory reset but still not getting problem sorted.
                                I am very dissapointed with this.
