I want to replace my data cable and bassheads earphones also. So by mistake products were exchanged . I gave a wrong products ( bassheads earphones) instead of data cable. So I want my product back I don't get it till now. Plz send me some information about products.

    My airdope's one side stopped working after 2 months and I had sent the product for replacement 2 times and received the exact same product with the defect. The replacement process itself will take around 20 days. And the product came in silly plastic pouches I wonder why they have a warranty now.

    One time they have not picked up the order. And they'll send you a C-type cable for a USB port.

      I purchased boat airdopes 441 on 23 july 2020
      It has a warranty of 1 year so it has a mistake in left earbud on 20 July 2021 so it is in warranty so I give to solve this problem, when I get it back, I didn't receive any box, any extra buds, and any of warranty card . I'm not satisfied with the delivery.

              Due to some issues in my boat headset, i had applied for warranty and in response i got a new item, but the issue is the newly shipped product only had worked in only one week after that headset is not working, Both sides are not working, is there any option to apply for warranty again? Hope you respond as soon as possible.

                  On 8 May 2021 i placed a complaint because my earphones weren’t working properly, they had volume issues . so then i got a mail that pickup has been registered for repair . Then on 10 May 2021 delivery guy came and collected earphones in the morning . And in afternoon i got a mail that pickup has been cancelled . since then i haven't got my earphones back.

                          I ordered 2 products from boAt but one has delivered and 2nd which was ordered around 10th July 2021 not yet delivered. boAt nominated delivery partner updated false/fake remark as below as I have seen online when entered AWB/Order id
                          1. Wrong address
                          2. Customer not at home
                          3. Customer not contactable

                          all above are faked and false remark and careless. When I tried to call mobile number received thru sms on delivery but it continuously switched off. When tried to call xpressbees Pune HO number given in sms as well as website but never pick up the phone. When i sent an email to

                          but no proper reply and not bothers to response and support.

                          WORST SERVICE BY boAt India and it is straight forward CHEATING of customer

                            I boat storm watch last week. The first thing to complain about is the blood pressure level reading is completely misguiding I went for a check up to doctor it came 150/110 and In the watch it showed 119/74.
                            The next issue which i am facing is the steps count i started walking from 170 steps for 20mins it showed 1349 steps then i synced it in my progear app first it showed correctly then suddenly it again came down to 170 steps. Then again i started walking then stopped at 441 steps again after an hour it came down to 286 steps. Why is this happening please provide me with a solution.

                                I bought a boat airdopes 402 few months ago . After using it for 2 months i found out some connectivity issues such as paired but no sound, not pairing . So i asked for warranty . usually i love the warranty response from boat . And after few days i got a replace product from boat . But it was so disappointed that the replaced product also has problems so i asked for a warranty again and its also submitted and after 14 to 15 days i got a new replacement but again it also had some connectivity issues ...but i fixed it on my own .but now its also has some charging issues ...the left one is not charging . Please team i request you to solve my problem . I dont like to change it everytime .
