Boat my order id#579939 placed on 19/07/2021. Still my order is not even dispatched....

Product not gating changing...

I would like to say that net used in earphone for voice transformation has broken please exchange my product or else refund amount for my Earphone purchased in march 2021...

The product order 556796 was delivered to a wrong address and was returned thereby, but I'm yet to get the refund for the same. It's been over the time period that was set for the refund initiation....

I have taken the boat rockerz acqua head phones on 21st may 2021 but now the product is not working properly from the right side the sound is not playing....

I sent my product to customer care for battery issue but it cam back with nothing in it...

I placed an order from official boat website. Estimated delivery date was 18 july. Also it reched at the destination hub on 18th but was not delivered to me. I waited for 3-4 days and on 21st, it showed out for delivery. I was available to receive the product but it was not delivered. When i tracked the order, it was showing that the customer wants future delivery and the date was shifted from 21 to 23rd. And today, on morning of 23, again...

BOAT AIRDOPES 411PRO RIGHT EARBUD VOLUME IS NOT AUDIBLE ITS SOUNDS LIKE LESS THEN 5%. TRIED RESETTING multiple times. Directly walked in to velachery service center but they said now they don't servicing Boat products...

One side of my bluetooth earphone is not working properly its base is reduce sometime it fell worst Because its base is not working like before please replaced it...

They firstly said we will be giving you door step service but I have registered complaint and on xpressbess it is showing RPcancel
This is not the way to promise

I applied for warranty and then the delivery guy came and took my product to repair it.
I applied it before the covid19 situation. Now, I want change my delivery address to my home town when it got repaired.
Can you please help me how can I do it?...

Within warranty: one side isn't working....

I purchased boat earphones 131(order ID: 567245) on 15 July 2021 from boatlifestyle.com. The order was shipped on 16 July 2021 but there was no update until 20 July 2021. On 20 July there was an update that shows the shipment is returned to its origin. What is more frustrating is that it shows today is the estimated delivery date. I want to know when will I get my order....

I have purchased boat watch just 5 days ago and used only for 4 hours and suddenly it's screen is not working properly and just showing lines. Boat product are not so bad that they only work for 4 hours...And now i am issuing a ticket for door to door replacement... No link or option is showing in the window...

One side is not working...
