Boat rockers 450 headphones were not working properly so they were given for replacement, it's been 3 months I haven't received it .Plenty of emails have been sent but still there is no response, this is such a poor service...

On 10 th july 2021 buy boat airdopes 131 on boat official website.
I click the buy now button and payment via paytm
1299 is debited in my account from razor pay
And i have payment successful mail from paytm
But the website browser show me( something went wrong)
So my order is not fulfilled. It's cannot go to the next page. I don't have tracking id or order ID I tried to reach the support section on boat...

My airdopes 131 are not working properly as they're not connected to each other at the same time sometimes left airdope didn't work and sometimes right airdope doesn't work means they didn't get connected at the same time....

My Boat airdopes one earpod was not working properly. It has low voice issues. My product is within the warranty period. So I raised a complaint and handed over my product to the courier partner on 28th may 2021. It's 11th July 2021 today and I have not received any update on my product which was supposed to be returned within fourteen working days. I register a complaint about replacing my data cable.
Pickup was successful but the replacement product got stuck for 5 days at a particular location than it was marked lost by Delhivery.
They e-mailed and said the product is lost and for a refund contact Boat....

I have done the payment but the order is not placed....

My replaced product has same defect as original one.
