On the 2nd of may, I had purchased a boat Rockerz 335 neck band ( ocean blue in colour) from Amazon. However on the 2nd of july, it stopped functioning. Since the product was within the warranty period, I registered a complaint with Boat where they accepted the invoice, issued me a service ticket number and a delivery person from expressbees collected the said product. On 12th July, the tracking details is displaying wh handover. However I have definitely not received my item. The customer care is inaccessible. Kindly help.
