After purchasing headphone model wired 900 black in feb 2021, a speaker is not working since next month only. Do the needful..

On 12th June, 2021, I submitted my ''Boat Airdopes 441 (Raging Red)'' Wireless Bluetooth Earphones to one of the Boat Service Centers known as ''F1 Info Solutions''. They told me to come after 2 weeks. But after 1 week, I called them, and they told me the product is available and told me to come and collect it. I have sent my friend to the Service Center. He has received Blue Color Earphones instead of Red One. So, I told him to return the Blue color. They told him to come after a week. After a week, He went to the Service Center. The response from them was, ''Since, we are not having ''Boat Airdopes 441 (Raging Red)'', The Boat company itself will be sending the Product to your address''.

They have not noted my Address completely. And It's been 30 days from the Submission date(12th June, 2021), The Product is still not delivered to me. So, I kindly request you to help me in getting the Product.

I was given the headphone of Boat Rockerz 400 Black to replace. I registered a complaint on 30 june 2021 and my picked product on 2 July 2021. Today it means 09 July 2021 I received a replacement product, when I opened it was totally damaged. I attached damaged product images and my invoice. Please check and correct me as soon as possible. Please send to anyone to replace the product.

I have purchased a boat product (boat bassheads 162 black) from Amazon. Now i am facing too much problems in the product. Please give me another in change of it.

It is very sad to say that I have seen such a inferior quality of products as of boat.I have bought airdrop ..I found it defective then I have filled complaint .My product picked and replaced after one month after my follow ups.
My replaced product has same defect as original one.
I don't want it anymore.
Kindly return my money otherwise I ll forced for next action.

But boat company always do the pickup of product and provide duplicate replacement not fresh one .and again in one week or 2-4 days it will not work then again to complain
And the Circe of complain goes on

Actually i have complained abouth the blueyooth earphone before one month ago..a delievry boy came nd collect back my earphone for repairing...nd now its been a month yet i didnt received my earphone..plz proceed to my complaint...

I have purchased boat rockerz 335 and it started issuing, so I make complaint and demand to change my product they changed and delivered me wrong product which were too cheaper than my product

I purchased boat rokerz 400 black bluetooth headphones and after 8 or 9 months some mic isssue started and as my product was in warranty, so i claimed warranty and it got replaced, but when i got th replaced product it was not same as mine . it was some wired hedphone of boat which is very cheap as compared to my product....

, Its been product picked up on waranty replacement before 60days. There is no response till date. If i called to customer complaint, i have ever not treated that worst in customer care service, its been treated that worst in my 4 calls. They cut the call if we have any queries.

I haven't received my product yet it was a prepaid product and your colleagues is saying it's is delivered to me but it's not delivered to me is was refused because I was not there to collect it I want my product or else I will make a complaint to your head I'm very disappointed by your service I'll not but this again I'll not make a mistake like this .
