I purchased Skullcandy wireless earphone but that's quality very worst but shown in the site that is very good quality.

I complaint them via email and phone but they told me they don't have return policy and exchange also.

So, I need your help in this matter. And, I want to change this product with another product. If they don't return my money back.

I humble request, please take quick action on it so that I can safe my money.

Please find attached invoice copy for your reference.

    I ordered for Jib wireless earbuds and paid ₹1310 from my upi. The upi transaction was successful but i didnt received any information for my order successfully placed or not. Kindly resolve my problem.

            I ordered Skullcandy Mini and Mighty Dime 2 Ear buds. It was delivered on 03/12/2022. When I opened the delivery package the product outer box was completely tapered and the product inside was completely missing. I got only charger and extra ear buds

            Outer package is fine but the inside product is completely missing. I captured the videos from the moment I realised product is missing.

            I have shared the same with the customer care. They denied that those are not complete vedios.

            I requested then to provide the packaging vedios for resolving the issue. They are not accepting even for that. They simply throwing all the faults on to the customer after taking the money from us.

            They are cheating on the customer by delivering empty and damaged products. They are not supporting us in anyway and mentally harassing with their unresponsive behaviour.

              They won't even respond to any mail, The power brick doesn't show how much charge is left, the earbuds can't handle medium level music buzzing sound at high end (I'm not talking about high-end bass here), and medium level music can't be played appropriately. It's not worth the money; the product is listed at 7000, but I'd say it's only worth 300 rs. While walking it slips from the ear. If possible please recollect the product and initiate a refund.
              The above is the mail that I sent, no response whatsoever.

                Hi this is akanksha singh my order id is 31999409 which was placed on 09/11/22 and I received it on 12/11/22 2:30 pm and I would want to inform you that I received the wrong product and I would want to return the product and initiate the refund process.
                I had ordered dime 2 true wireless earbuds but received invoice of dime true wireless earbuds and was delivered the same and I have contacted to customer care for the issue the day...

                          On August 30, 2022 I placed an order on Skullcandy website but I didnt recieve a order id or confirmation just the payment was taken and I tried to contact them through customer care who never picked the call. I want my refund immediately. I dont know how this company could be trusted. This is like a fraudlent taking money without giving confirmation id or estimated deliver date. I request immediate cancellation and refund for the product which was never ordered or placed.

                              Why Skullcandy scam people on basis of sales it is fraud and legal action should have to be taken against Skullcandy. For your brie[censored]nderstand let take an example that i got a gpay coupon of Skullcandy which gives me 70% of on skullcandy best seller products and i applied coupon on jib wireless earbuds to claim it but what i observed is that it's pricing is already high around 4599 bucks and after applying coupon it shows 1375 bucks and Amazon offers same earphone on 1395 bucks please don't scam with people's hard earned money.

                                I placed an order on the website on 29th July as there was no update in the order status. I requested a cancellation on 1st August the supplier responded on 5th August stating that I will be getting a refund with in 2 weeks. It has been 19 days since the order cancellation and I haven't received a refund yet....

                                I received my Dime True wireless earbuds from skullcandy (Brand Eyes Distributor, Delhi). But the earbuds are not working as they are not getting charged. So I contacted the customer care but they are not receiving calls. I also mailed them for the same but they are not responsing. I want to get my product replaced. This is not the way to treat customer by not receiving calls.

                                  I took the tape off the speakers, I put the speakers in the box, they didn't charge. When I put the charger in the box, the speakers charge for a few seconds and stop charging, and the box turns red when they charge, and it turns green and it turns red. I don't know how I'm going to fix it and the speakers charge.

                                    I bought skullcandy dime Bluetooth true wireless black from online Skullcandy site but its performance is not good.Its battery backup company claims 3:30 hours on single charge but it does not give more than 2 hours. and sound quality is also not good. I have always been using the product of Skullcandy and always prefer to others but this product is worst... so please give us some solution of this.
