I ordered Skullcandy earphones at around 3 AM. After placing the order, I checked the reviews and found them to be quite poor. Within 10 minutes, I decided to cancel the order and generated a ticket to resolve the issue. The next day, I called customer service at 11 AM. The representative I spoke to was rude and told me I couldn't cancel the order, even though I explicitly requested it. Immediately after our call, I received an email from the same representative stating that my order had been dispatched, completely ignoring my cancellation request. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through emails and chats with customer care, they refused to cancel the order.
