On 2nd July 2024, my friend Shreyash Kamble mistakenly ordered a set of earphones from the Skullcandy website but cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. According to the company's policy, cancellations must be made before pre-dispatch, which he did by both calling and emailing. This was well within the 10-minute window allowed by the policy. Despite this, when he contacted customer care and sent an email, he was informed that the order had already been dispatched. Kindly, cancel the order.

    I ordered Skullcandy earphones at around 3 AM. After placing the order, I checked the reviews and found them to be quite poor. Within 10 minutes, I decided to cancel the order and generated a ticket to resolve the issue. The next day, I called customer service at 11 AM. The representative I spoke to was rude and told me I couldn't cancel the order, even though I explicitly requested it. Immediately after our call, I received an email from the same representative stating that my order had been dispatched, completely ignoring my cancellation request. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through emails and chats with customer care, they refused to cancel the order.

      I had brought a skullcandy product from flipkart in Nov 2023, it's u der warranty till nov 2024, the product stopped working, I visited the skullcandy service center and they are not ready to accept flipkart bill downloaded from the flipkart app as a proper bill and calling it fake.
      On ebills there are no authorised signatures and there is only a qr code they are not ready to accept that and they are also refusing to send back the defective items

          I ordered earbuds but I realised I wanted a different product and canceled them immediately, mailed them about it to which they said that they are processing my refund. It's been 3 days and the refund is not credited yet, so I mailed them again to know my refund status, their response was that it's "under process". I tried calling the customer care number but I couldn't connect at all. Seeing so many complaints about the company and it's services, I am starting to feel insecure about it and concerned about my refund. Please do the needful to improve the company's reputation and services.

            I had ordered a Skullcandy earbuds on 22nd September 2023 by mistake and paid an amount, but as I realized I don't need them I wrote to customer service and cancelled the order and was assured that the refund will reflect in 12-14 working days.

            But it has been more than 3 weeks and I haven't got my refund, i contacted them again as I needed the money urgently for something but they said it is being processed and no specific timeline was given.

            I could not get the money at the hour of my need.
            I request competent authority to take notice and make my money refund with a compensation for the delay.

                I place an order on 18th July 2023 and completed my payment. On 19th July 2023 i requested for cancellation of my order and provide me my refund. As their cancelling and refund policy is mentioned in their official website which promisses refund in 7 days if order cancled before dispatch. Which is my case.
                I got confirmation from support team that my order is cancled and my refund will be provided within 10 to 14 days. And after 19 days the support team is asking me for a valid GST invoice to process my refund. Which was not provided to me by Skullcandy in any stage of my purchase and cancellation.
                I did send multiple emails with screenshots of my purchase and transaction, with payment transaction number and ticket number. But they even refuse to reply.

                  I had ordered the jib true 2 wireless earbuds from the website of skull candy, when i went for payment i selected upi id and payed through the phone pay app. The payment was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and i was still redirected to the payment gateway only. I have also attached the transaction details and order details.

                    I have paid the amound through upi on friday 21 july but still they have not updated me about the curior.

And During payment, I clicked UPI Apps and with G pay I payed the amount, Payment is successful but Order not got placed.Again I repeated the same, but still My order not got placed.                                   Received the product on 3rd May My order no. Is 32283960. As the sound was too low and very difficult to hear anything on the same day 3rd May llmailed to their customer care email [protected]@brandeyes.in
                                  for refund and return . I received mail on 4th May that cancellation and refund not possible as per policy. And a link of policy was shard. As per that if received any faulty product you have to revert in 24 hrs on same email id given. So I replied with that stating I have replied in just 12 hrs after receiving the product and now replace the same. But till date there is no reply..Even after repeated mails customer care not bothered to reply.

                                    I ordered one of their Hesh ANC headphones. After they received payment, they sent a message saying that they would process the order as soon as possible, along with an order number(which is completely useless because you can't use it for anything).
                                    It's been two days and they haven't given any updates, I tried emailing their customer support and got no response.
                                    I know it isn't actually Skullcandy but an authorised dealer called 'Brand Eyes Distributors Pvt Ltd' still that's no excuse to just take people's money and not give any response whatsoever.
                                    I will wait a maximum of 1 week, then if there are no updates, I won't be contacting their customer support anymore. I'm taking them to court because yes I am that petty.
