      I purchased a Bluetooth wireless earphones from Boat. But due to quality issues I returned it and asked for refund. The product was picked up on 13th November 2020 and it reached thrit Bhiwandi warehouse on 17th of November 2020. I have complained to them about the refund but still the refund is not being made from their side. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

                Not working when i press start button, its not start. suddenly its stops working. after long press of start button, bluetooth not starting.

                  My product was boat rockerz 510(Bluetooth connection) and it was not switching on I claimed my warranty and my product was picked but after replacement my product changed I got simple product without Bluetooth connection and operating bottoms and accesories

                          I placed my order from boat website on 27th November2020 (Order Id: 92989).
                          It's not delivered and there is no way to raise a complaint.

                          Customer service number never goes through to the customer service executive, after waiting in queue for few minutes, it disconnects with a message 'all executive are busy we will call you back', its been over a week I am trying to reach customer care.

                          The web page never enables the option to submit the request.
                          Not sure how to reach them.

                                I have ordered boat airpodes from boat website directly on sale upto now the product is not shipped at least or no status of the product when I track the product it shows the order is not available but I can see the same order id in the website and boat mobile app. Order id is 112753 and it was ordered on dec 11 2020. Upto now no response from boat not able to send email to given address or call customer care service number. When can I expect...

                                  Since my bluetooth is not working I have raised complaint then they collected the bluetooth from me on June 8 and assigned me a ticket id 1157604 and said we will return you in 10-15 days but it's been 6 months .whenver we call or mail no response from them at all

                                    Hello Support Team,

                                    I am finding it very difficult to get a support team and hence the email.

                                    The product replacement due to a faulty earphone that we received is an incorrect one. This could be due to the invoice that we sent were 2 pages and the first page is what the team referred to. The person who collected the replacement did ask about it and we clearly told him it is the second one which the team should refer to as we uploaded both the invoices. Additionally, the product that was picked could be identified, so we are not sure how this could have happened.

                                    Please take a look into this matter and replace it with the correct product.

                                    Details:
                                    The replaced product that we received: BOAT 102 WIRED HEADSET.
                                    The product that we should have received in replacement: BOAT 103 BLUETOOTH HEADSET

                                    The replacement took 10+ days and that too a different product. Now, we will have to wait for another 10+ days to get this original one. I am sorry, but we are not happy with the proceedings. Nevertheless, we would like to get this as soon as possible as we procured this for online classes.

                                    I even sent an email with invoice details but received no responses. Was never able to reach the phone. It says they are busy with other customers.

                                      I had purchased a Boat Stone 200 from the Official Boat Website.

                                      The marketing is so bad that it is not clear on your website, if Stone 200 or 200A has Alexa built in.
                                      However, I tried returning the product.

                                      1. The reverse pickup took 20 DAYS
                                      2. The reverse pickup was held on 26 OCTOBER 2020 and today is 14 DECEMBER 2020. Still no news of MY REFUND!!!

                                      The worst Experience. Thought Ill try an "INDIAN BRAND" but had the worst experience.

                                      The joke is that "BoAT" markets itself as *fast and efficient service* !!! XD

                                      The Customer Service Phone number keeps me on Hold.
                                      Their Instagram Handle asks me to have "PATIENCE".
                                      and the local service helpline tells me he is "HELPLESS" and will get back to me.

                                      The product sound and quality is great, However if at all you buy a wrong product or the product is faulty then God alone can save you. Cause Boat service definitely will not.
