      Sir i submitted my boat stone granate on 30 nov 2020 and they told me that they will call me withing 4 to 7 days and now when i did not receive cal from their side i call them and they said that it is still not in stock nd i have to wait for next weak.
      This is not the customer satisfication.
      Firstly your product stop working withing 10 dqys if purchased and now customer wait for 20 days for getting his product back.

        Sir/Madam,
        I order two items in boAt site. Order ID: 98680-1 and the AWB no. :[protected]. I received a mail and message on 06/12/2020 that "My order has successfully delivered". But I didn't recieved any order and didn't received the call from the delivery agent too. I tried to contact shiprocket who are monitoring the orders (ticket number: 1730070), but no solution reached so far and they themselves closed the ticket. I tried the customer care number provided by Boat (but call not getting connected in working hours). There is no forum given by the seller to redress the issues of the customer.

        So I kindly request you to solve my issue and take necessary action against the responsible persons for not repeating the same to other public in future.

        Thanks and positively expecting a positive reply from your end.

        Since, 06/12/2020, I am trying to contact the number +[protected]. I received the message will get a call back. Never got a call back (I understand it may be due COVID-19) but I sent mail to mail id provided in the FAQ no response. Also I texted in the messenger of boAt (no response from their end).

          I have purchase boat Stone Granite 5w Bluetooth speaker on 30th october. Mine on/off button is not working, I took the same to your fort branch service station for repair twice in last 15 days, your technician said part are not available and will inform me after availability. I requested him to keep the same and inform me after repair, he refuse for same also. I also complained the same via email but no response.

          Request you to solve my query and help with repair. This was not expected from branded company after sales.

            The delivery was said to be arriving on 27th November.
            But today is 9th December and I haven't received the product.
            The delivery date keeps changing everyday but there is no progress in the delivery.

              I have not yet received any information regarding the shipping of my order. I am concerned whether my order is still in place or not as I have not received any refund or delivery confirmation from yourselves. On the website it says the item is placed but it has been many days since the order and the item is still not delivered.

              You are requested to please provide me with the tracking details of my shipment ASAP.

                I have sent a product for replacement as its right side earphone was not working.It was covered under warrant. It has been 6 months but till now I have not received my product. Now they have also stopped replying to my emails. My ticked id is -1164424

                  My boat headset was not working .so, I claimed my warranty and they took the product on 30th december 2020 .On 7th
                  december I checked my ticket status and it was mentioned that the replaced product dispatched to the customer. But still now I didn't get the AWB number for my product number.I called the customer service number many times but they didn't take my calls.please look into the matter fast.

                      वरील वीषयाच्या अनुषंगाने आपणास कळविण्यात येते की, मी ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर दिनांक 18.9.2020 ला फलीपकार्ट हया ऑनलाईन वेबसाईटवरून विकत घेतला आहे. परंतू ब्लूटूथ स्पीकरची ऑन/ऑफ बटन काम करीत नाही. करीता ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर दुरूस्त करण्याकरीता बोट कंपनीचे सर्वीस सेटर F1 Info Solution, FS – 019, 1st Floor, Keshav Imperial, Malviya Road, Near Shani Mandir, Sitabuldi, Nagpur, Maharashtra, Pin: 440012 येथे सूरूवातीला गेलो असता त्यांनी मला सांगीतले की ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर दुरस्त करून मिळणार नाही तर ते रीपलेस करून मीळेल, सध्या ते आमच्याकडे उपलब्ध नाही तरी तुम्हाला आम्ही फोन करू अथवा तुम्ही 5 दिवसांनी या ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर उपलब्ध झाल्यावर तुम्हाला रीपलेस करून मीळेल अशाप्रकारे मी मागील 1 महीण्यापासून जात आहे, परंतू अजूनपर्यंत त्यांनी रीपलेस करून दिलेले नाही.
                      करीता आपणास विनंती आहे की, तुम्ही आपले प्रतीनीधी मार्फत स्पीकर दुरस्त अथवा रीपलेस करून देण्याची कृपा करावी. सोबत इनव्हाईसची कॉपी जोडण्यात आलेली आहे.
                      वरील सर्वीस सेंटरच्या कर्मचा-यांची वर्तणूक चांगली नाही, वेळेवर उपलब्ध राहत नाही तसेच कस्टमरला विनाकारण त्रास देतात आणि एकंदरीत सर्वीस सेंटरची सर्वीस चांगली नाही. अशाप्रकारे बोट कंपनीची बदनामी होते. करीता आपणास विनंती आहे वरील सर्वीस सेंटरची सेवा तात्काळ बंद करण्याची कृपा करावी.

                            No proper order ID and tracking process. It's been 2weeks still the product is not yet delivered.In the tracking, it shows packed and there is no proper communication for delivering the product and worst tracking system.

                                I received my Boathead 220 (Frost white ) on 25th October 2020 by Flipkart. But I found some issues with it so I registered my complaint and someone was sent to my registered address to take it . Around a month I got a message that it was ready to be delivered to my place but they just called me and postponed the delivery and now when I track it, it says that it is returning back. I don't know where will they return it. As you are linked with DELHIVERY COURIER service and you are also responsible when one of your customers couldn't receive back the earrphones that was sent for the servicing, I want you to help me to get my earrphones back. It will be your act for helping and resolvingy the problem .

                                      I have purchased a power bank from boat . It stopped working after few days, so i registered a complaint. They found that it was faulty so replaced that with a so called new one and sent to me which almost took more than 15 days!
                                      Now the replaced product i got didn't match with the one i purchased and also was not working properly . So i again did the same thing and got it replaced .
                                      Again the replaced product i got was faulty, so i again registered complaint and this time again they assured that that the replaced product which you would get thos time would be fine .
                                      But again they sent me a used and faulty product .
                                      This being 4th time i didn't want to get it replaced i just want my refund but they aren't replying .
                                      This is a complete case of fraud 😤 . Please look into this matter asap!
