I have sent two of my headsets, both not one side working, for warranty on october 30 and on november 9, my replacement product has issued and till now it didnt show any update..Please take the necessary steps asap.

Complaint marked as Resolved Anyway I know boat was going to look into my replacement..I got over excited and post a complaint here after one day my product shipped and in 5 days I got my product to kollam, kerala from Thane, Mumbai..No spectacular delay in other delhivery offices..
