My Boat headphones stopped working a couple of months ago. I have sent it to Boat for warranty twice. Twice they have claimed "it is working fine" and sent it back to me. Ticket numbers 27551179 and 27991835.

However, it is not working. It does not charge. It does not power on. The indicator light does not light up. I have tried with many different chargers, cables, plugpoints.

I have also contacted all three service centers in my city listed in Boat support website. All three have told me they no longer provide service for Boat products due to "technical issues". This is highly suspicious. It looks like their warranty service is a scam.

    I bought Airdops 161 on 20 December 2022 but now the microphone is not working .I wanted to register a warranty claim but there is no worrenty card in side the box . But i have my invoice . So plzz help me.

      Hi,

      I have booked an airdope in boat website on 24th December 2022 and it's an prepaid order. The order number is 3738173.

      And later they have give it for their delivery partner load share networks and SR number is SR[protected].

      But till now I haven't received my order and also customer care is not responding properly. They are changing the delivery date daily from 5 days.

      Please take action against these companies.

        Dear Boat,

        I ordered Boat Xtend Pro with Bluetooth calling feature on 25th November 2022 from boat website Order #3399819. My product (Smart Watch) got delivered on 30th November 2022. But due to some hardware issue (Speaker not working) in the watch received, i ordered the replacement on 1st December 2022 and received the replaced product on 5th December 2022. When I tried to connect the smartwatch I had received via Boat Crest Application, it didn't respond, i talked to the customer care executive of the boat and explained to them regarding the problem. They told me to reset the watch and then try again. I did it again by resetting the watch on different mobile devices but the problem remained the same. After that, I finally called the customer care again and told them that I have followed all the procedures correctly and now the watch is not connecting.
        They told me that they will create a ticket regarding this and I have to mail the problem regarding this. After that during the evening time on 06/07/2022, when I was taking the snapshot of the smartwatch I saw that the product I had received was Boat Storm Pro, which was different from the product I had received. After that I talked to the customer care and they told me that this will be covered in the warranty, I have sent the watch to the boat for replacement and where they told me that the watch is duplicate i have made the videos of both the products i have received from boat and now the boat is telling me that they will not change the product as the product that i have received is fake

          I have complaint 2 time against my Boat Xtend Pro Active Black Smartwatch they denied my Qc claim they said All systsme is working properly but my smartwatch having issue while using my smartwatch continue after every 20-30 minutes many messages and calls not coming to my smartwatch my smartwatch is under warranty please help me to provide replacement on my smartwatch

            The left side of the bluetooth headphone is not working It as been only 4 months I used after buying it but it as already not working so I need a replacement of it with a new one and with the same colour. I hope you will consider my request and fullfill it soon. Thankyou.

                      I had charging and battery issues in the airdope 131 i brought from flipcart. I proceeded to claim warranty and gave the product to delivery partner and now after 5days I tracked my waranty ticket and got my claim has been rejected due to product damaged. I am sure the product wasn't damaged when I gave to the delivery patner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product as return ( which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment centre ) .

                        The boat stormcall smartwatch which we purchased was found dysfunctional. So, as per our 2 year warranty policy, we travelled almost 400kms to submit the product to exchange center in Hyderabad and submitted the product and raised a warranty claim through the authorized service center itself. The invoice which was provided when purchased was claimed to be invalid by the boat and rejected it without giving any reason for rejection. This made me to travel the same distance and complain again regarding the same. They have rejected this request saying the same invoice issue, without proper reason. When contacted the customer care, there was no proper responses they disconnected the call in between the discussion.
                        So, I request you to make boat company to accept the invoice and resolve the issue by sending us the new product s early as possible as per warranty policy.

                                I had purchased my boat airdopes 141 black colour on 16-NOV-2022 I had faced distorted sound and i had filed a complaint on 7th DEC 2022 but their pickup service was worst and they had not picked up my package stating that customer was not at home even they had’nt placed a call to me. And then altlast the courier was picked up on 20th DEC 2022. The courier person had checked for external physical damage and nothing was identified so they took the package and today(21.08.2022) i had received a message stating that warranty claim is rejected due to physical damage. I don’t know how can a customer damage ear piece without making any physical damage. It had not even took 2 months from the date of purchase please make necessary steps to reconsider the warranty.
