I have deduct balance my account Rs 285 boat airpod but not receive order no...

Both sides of ear buds are not working. I bought this product by 17/12/2022. Request for exchange of the product or some action to be taken....

My earphones which I ordered on 5th October have not even been shipped yet....

I ordered a pair of earphones on 5th October and have not recieved them yet. Haven't received updates either. Product has not even been shipped yet. on their website it says product is delivered within 3-5 days....

Warrenty getting rejected with reason as damaged and providing a somebody else damaged old product image in the report .my product was brand new and undamaged and pure white. Theproduct image in warrenty claim report is not mine.BOAT trying to cheat the customers. My ticket number is 25467319.

Using a boAt Airdopes 441 Pro for more than a year but for a couple of months, I am having a problem with the product that disconnect frequently while having phone call/ skype call/zoom call but works nicely when I listen to the songs.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have purchased boat stroam call watch rs 3499 on 10 sep 2022.bluetooth connectivity i submit replace complaint.on 26 sep 2022 executive collect the product and delviered to company 6 oct 2022.after one month 13 oct 2022 i not recevided my fund ya product.very very shameful serviced provided by boat.
its only not a matter of 3499 rs.if a matter of customer satfication.

I have talked already many times.but all time executive...

I have ordered Boat Wave Lite Smartwatch (Order ID 2992657) from the company's website itself on 6th October, 2022. The company has escalated the delivery procedure to Delhivery through Shiprocket.
The AWB for Delhivery order is [protected] and the initial delivery date was 9th October 2022.
Each day, since that day, the order status page on the boAt app/website shows the next day's date to be the estimated date of arrival....
