I have raise complaint on 31 aug but didn't get my replacement till date. On 14th september boat updated status dispatching unit in 5 business day today is 21 september. This totally i am getting bad experience from boat.
Kindly take some need full steps.

Yesterday I take a speaker from courier service but it's voice is missing it connected from bluetooth but music voice is not coming

I had purchased boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphones on 16/10/2019. After few months my earphones battery became weak i registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number - 1517885 and awb[protected], on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy. I got a message on 11th september 2020 that they have received my earphones in there service center. I waited till 20th 2020 september, i tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -1517885, it shows on 17th september 2020 out for delivery they had accepted my earphones for replacement, so i tried calling on their customer service number from the date of replacement accepted by them, people in customer service are not even bother to answer our calls, it just keeps ringing. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above a month.

I am really concerned about my product
Please help me.

First the headphone speaker stopped working after five months of purchase then one side is stopped working after ten months and now on 18th september 2020 the other side of the headphone is also stopped

About two months ago one side of my earphones stops working, as my earphones are in warranty period i requested for repairing. They told me that it will be returned within 14 days. Now two months are over, i didn't get my earphones back.

The product was picked up on september 3, 2020 for exchange of aux cable but till date it is not delivered and there is no update in the website after september 11.

My replacement of boat 225 earphone is pending from 2 months no proper update from company my ticket number is 1339481

They provided a number in their website as customer care number as tel:[protected]. For all warranty related and product related queries.
But this number is not working. How do we contact them for any needs?

Boat rockerz 450 mic not working. Purchased on 5 sep from amazon. Pls help. Gurgaon customer care number is not working.

I ordered for a headset, i dint receive for a long time for more than a month. I paid for the product online. I cancelled the order as it took long time, i cancelled before they processed the order. But i received the order after 66 days. I informed them i have cancelled the order they asked to return the order through their portal. I tried but still their portal is responding "not delivered". I complained to the company with mail several times but now they are not even responding to the mail. I have all the mail proof regarding this. Please help me.

I ordered boat airdopes 131 on 27august it delivered to me on 31august, but after 2 days on 2nd sep i exchanged my product, courier boy picked my product on 2sep from that day till today 19sep there is no response from boat team,
I called them several times but no response i attached picked up slip

I have given my product under warranty and replacement on 31st august and it was approved for a replacement.
The message for dispatch meant came on 11th september. Now it more than a weeks time and i have not yet received any update about my product.
I have mailed them but they don’t reply and their service centres do not pickup phones.
I am annoyed with their quality of service and worried about my product.

Product boat rockerz 255 is received from me 2 month ago as its one side speaker is not working. But till now i didn't receive any response or product back.

My airdopes 441 (Black) was not delivered or refundable yet. I was called him many times but they don't attend my call. I was sent a email on boat email id. But their was no response. I want my money back

I have been ordered a boat 255F but due to some sound pbm i repaced it in warranty period and now it took near abt 20 days for the completed procedure and now product is not available to my door so pls take my problem seriously and i am trying to call your customer service from past 3-4 days. However ur line always busy so we dont able to communicate you.

Few days back I have claimed my warranty of my boAt earphones but I am facing an issue with the service. My earphones is not yet delivered to me as it is shown in my ticket it was dispatched. Its been 8 days.please help me out my ticket number is 1466437

My product boat airdopes 411v2 earbuds with voice assistant bluetooth headset with mic along with warranty card was kept for warranty which was collected from my home address (Tirupati) on
6th may 2020 from xpressbees delivery person with shipping awb no as[protected]. When iam tracking the id it is showing it is out for delivery from mumbai. When i visited in tirupati office they told it is with some other delivery person in maharashtra.

I need my product back. When will i receive my product.

I tried to contact many times they are not responding. I have already send a mail to imagine marketing and they created a ticket - 48002 and a is no response from your side.

Please help me to get my product.

The earphone is going for service center to replace the earphone but 21 days is for going .The ticket no. is 1417604

Few months (16 march) back i registered a complaint at boat support website for replacement and a person came and took the product for replacement. After that whenever i try to track the replacement it shows invalid ticket number[protected] whereas the tickn number given is absolutely correct or sure.
I humbly request u give my product back.
Can i pls know when will i receive my product back.
