I registered complaint about earphone not working, so they picked up my product but even after receiving its been about 10 days still status of complaint is showing that "Product will be dispatch soon"...

I bought this boat rokerz 255 product via amazon India on 20th of december 2019 and by july is is not working properly and on an unfourtunate day is stopped working
we believed that boat is a very good company and indeed it is but this is very unfortunate that i had to face this from boAt...

I have apply for replace ment delivery boy received 2 August and shaller to deliver 7 August but till time not show my product replacement status

My product was registered for replacement on the company's website. It has been 3 months since it was picked up from my side and I still haven't received a replacement for the same. Despite countless emails and calls there has been no response what so ever. This is not acceptable from a company that boasts #1 customer support service.

I submitted a request to claim my warranty on the 24th August, , they collected it in 25th August and the last update I recieved was on 25th August just saying "product pickup generated for servicing and replacment" it has been over a week since than I have received no updates. Don't know where my earphones are!! My ticket no. Is 1452602. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. It will be very helpful....

I have orderd Airdopes 201 black, Order Id is 39369 and registered request for replacement on 19Aug, request unique number is 37741, I got mail for recieved returned product, but later no updates from the boat, had called so many times to reach out help desk on ticket status, but no use. They are not picking call, In call IVM voice saying that your phone number is noted will get back to you, no calls from them, Is really boat shopping website...

Purchased boAt Rockers bluetooth headset on 4th October 2019. Left earpiece not working from 24th August 2020. No physical damage....

I had bought a boat basshead 225 blue on 21.10.2019 from amazon (Invoice uploaded) for ₹499. I had given my product on 4 aug still the complaint is not resolved. I tried many times to tell them by customer care no. But they everytime only say yes. Since its been 30 days past plz replace my earphones. My earphone fullfill alll the terms of warranty. Plz look forward. I need them in my study online lecture.
