I have claimed warranty on boat eardopes 441. I have sent the product on 28 august. I still haven't received the product. Even they don't reply to mails. The call didn't connects in one go i have had to try for 10to 20times them it connects for 1 time. But then also call is kept on hold. I have tried alot. My ticket no. Is 1462166

Complaint marked as Resolved So, it took a much long day for the replacement. It took almost a month. The product replaced also had issue. The replacement product they send was an old unit, I reclaimed it again and again it took a whole month. So, basically their service is pathetic as we can't connect to them. But yes you can keep a track with ticket number and they timely uniform us at what procedure they are at. But each process takes a very long time. So, need to have patience.
