Hi Team,

Its been now 2 months still i not received replacment of product that promise by boat team. On 4th july status of complaint Upgraded Product dispatching soon after waiting again for one month and several email boat team update same status on 17th aug.
When i cam get replacement.

They took so much time almost 3 months for replacement and today I received product. But product is already use some scratches. dust in earbuds and major fault wire is already tattered.

      My name is barath mohan m.
      I gave my bluetooth headset which is named
      Boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone
      With immersive stereo sound and hands free mic
      (Raging red) for servicing/replacement, dated july-08 2020.
      My ticket number is 1256614.
      My headset was successfully picked up from my location on time and delivered to the boat service center in mumbai, there was no response from the team whatsoever. It has almost 2 months now and the warranty period is over. But still i have neither received any update from the company nor any replacement product as promised. This is way past the waiting period and i'm worried that my earphone will never reach me. I request the respective authorites to check into this issue and provide me with the replacement as per the warranty.

      My waybill number :[protected], it is notified to me by the courier company that my order has been succesfully deliverd to its destination.Yet my ticket number on the boat service portal hasnt been updated.Which means that my item has reached the destination but its been lying there untouched. So i requst the authorities to please check into it as soon as possible

        I have claimed warranty of my boat bassheads 220 earphones on 18 march 2020 and haven't received my earphones yet its been 5 to 6 months they didn't answered most of my calls on the costumer service and they were just making promises that it will dispatch it in 48 hrs or so but they never did. N it was difficult to connect with them as after 4 to 5 tries the call connects and then after that 10 mins waiting or so i can talk to them and they ate up my 5 months warranty by keeping the product to themselves on the service centre i want my warranty of 5 months back

          My boat speaker is under warranty..I handed over my speaker to the courier men on Aug 1...it's aug 25th...now..Not a single reply from your customer service..and the status of the ticket is same as what a I saw on 20days back..please help me as soon as possible..

                        No response from the company for claiming warranty.

                        The earphones o[censored]s i.e. boat rockerz 255 have been sent to claim warranty. It had been two months that the earphones have sent to them. They are not giving any reply in "https://imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com/support/home".

                        Pickup date of product: 29 june 2020
                        Issue: Not get chaged when the charger is plugged in

                        I request that to consider my complaint and help me to claim warranty...

                        I was having the issue with the product (On/off switch not working) a few months back and at that time, the product was in warranty period. So, i raised the complaint and got the replacement after 2 months. But now the product received is not functioning at all. It has the connectivity issue and it is no more in the warranty period. I have sent mail and raised the complaints also. But haven't got any response yet. Also not able to go through the calls.

                                    My boat rockerz 255 pro raging red bluetooth earphone stopped working one side i sent it for replacement its been almost a month, the delivery partner said that the product is delivered but the service center didnt updated anything. There is no minimum courtesy to acknowledge the customer who pay you money yet gets stupid service please feel shame on yourselves for giving such worst service. My ticket no is 1349614. And people who are reading this dont give your product for replacement they wont respond and you will lose your defect product also..!!!

                                      I have placed a Complaint for my Boat UsB cable on 10th June n on 14th June itself the product was pickup by Xpressbess but unfortunately no updates of the product have been provided to me by the Company. My ticket no. is 1149499.
                                      I have tried number of times to contact them through Email id or Call but unfortunetly their is mo any response from the other side, request the company to give the product as soon as possible.
