I complaint my boat headphones on 15 July 2020 and boat courier partner picked the product on 16 July 2020. My product delivered to boat company on 31 July 2020. After, checking product they issued the replacement of product and said replacement product dispatching soon on 31 July 2020. But, till now they didn't dispatched my replacement product. I mailed them many times but, they didn't reply and no one is attending the service number of boat company. Please help me, so replacement product dispatch as soon as possible.
