I registered a complain on 19 june for my boat bassheads 242 earphone as it was not working properly. Product picked within 2 days only. Picked up company showing delivered after 15 days to them. But now almost 2 months have past they are just not replacing my unit, I mailed them several times, but no response even their customer care didn't pick up my calls so no communication at all from their side. And on the top of that on 28 july in my ticket status they mention your product left the service center and picked by the courier partner delhivery, so i asked delhivery where is my product, they said we have not received your product yet from the service center.
Its really frustrating that a company like boat could do this to its customer, So please help me to get my product back
