Not answering calls, Not dispatching earphone while replacement issued under warranty period

I've registered a warranty complain on 26 july 2020, in which left side of earphone wasn't working. whose service ticket number is 1335623...

complain was approved on 28th of the july. on 29th of july a boy from delhivery picked up my earphone. on 5th of the august Product successfully received at service centre and was in testing phase. on the same day warranty was approved and replacement was issued. and it's 8th of the august....

I complaint by email for replacement in may 2020, i received an email for pickup from their end but till date no they did not take any action

      I complaint about my boat bassheads 172 wired headset on 23th july 2020 and, it got approved on 24th july.

      And on the other day 1 guy from delhivery took my headset.

      1st of august i got an update from boat that they got my earphones and is in testing phase

      On 4th august i got another two updates that a replacement earphones are issued and will be dispatching soon

      Today is 9th august and i didn't received any updates on dispatching or any kind of delay in delivery.

      I want my earphones its very urgent

            I had claimed for my earphone. His left-side air phone was faulty. Then i sent my year phone boat service center on 28 july.

            Today is august 9, it has been 13 days. My product has not returned yet.

            There is no update yet after the replacement product issued was announced on august 5.

            Sir, i request you please dispatched my product soon

                    As i have boat bluetooth headphones. I puchased it on feb 07 2020. And in a month of march only the 2 sides of the earphones are not working till from march i am raising complaint and no one responding only they are sending the service center address, but i m leaving in bagalkot distirict jamkahndi place, which is 580kms away form that service center. So to whom should i contact even coustomer care number is also not answering any one.

                    This is very bad experience with boat coustomer service. Whether u can claim my warranty or else please return my money will look for any differnt brand providers.

                      Boat rockerz 261 malfunction

                      My boat rockerz 261 purchased on 09.10.2019. Due to malfunction i had give this product for service 5 times in the past. After every replacement the product malfunction is still not resolved. Customer care number was also not reachable and if connects they put too much long hold and never respond....

                      I had purchased boat energyshroom pb09 power bank on 28/05/2020. Within 2 months it's stopped working. Power bank is not charging itself, and not able to charge other mobile phones. No led lights were blink while charging. Please help to resolve my query.

Its been 24 days, there is no udate on this, i haven't received my product yet. I also have not received any reply from boat customer care helpline or on my mail.

Till the date "replacement product dispatching soon" status is showing.

                              Please, dispatch it asap. I was willing to buy boat airdopes 441. But, after seeing their customer supoort. I couldn't effort. Please, revive your support. No one accepting my call..

                                I have ordered earphones on 29th may 2020 but it is not working from one side and i registered a complaint but they are providing me with the details of address of their service centre but last time when i registered the complaint they picked up from my doorsteps due to this pademic i cant visit their service centre. I hope that my product will be picked up and replaced
