On 8 july 2020 i registered a complaint on support. Boat-lifestyle.com and on 10 july 2020 courier came and picked up the defective earphones. After 3-4 days the product was delivered to boat service center mumbai and till that date there is no response from boat regarding my earphones. On their portal still they're showing that product pickup generated. No update regarding product received at service center or any other update. I mailed on their email id but now they are not replying me and also no one is receiving calls.
I want replacement of my product asap.

Complaint marked as Resolved So when I registered complaint on this website I also tweeted to boAt at the same time, so I don't know from which source they resolved my complaint but I think they resolved my complaint by my tweet on Twitter.
They replied me on twitter after 5 hours. After 7 days they dispatched my replacement product and it was delivered to me on 10 Aug 2020.
So If you are facing same issue as mine you can tweet on boAt handel.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
