One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 30 may 2020 and product was picked on 11june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. Now 2 Aug 2020, its been 4 weeks still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

    My boat 511v2 which i sent from repair/replacement is intransit from past 4-5 days even after reaching mumbai (Bom/rvp).
    Also no one is responding to my query even after mailing it for 3 time.
    Please give an update about my product and when will it reach me back. Please do it asap.

    My product was picked on the day of complaint and it reached bom/rvp but no further updates from the company and courier service.

Now 1 August 2020, its been 14 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

          Hello,

          I have registered a complaint on boat on 03-july-2020. Complaint no is : 1246088

          On 27-july-2020, service center received my product for servicing and on 31-july-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
          I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
          When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

          The courier guy has picked my product for replacement 4 days ago, I got the msg as product picked but still didn't get any msg about the product reaching the service center .When should I expect by replacement delivery and whom should I contact?
          complaint on 24 aug .ticket id is 23802314, but did not pickup my product any curiar service. many time i have cl customer care service they told me next 2day and 2day still not receved, and just they told service not avilable .what can i do

              I had purchased a new earphone(Boat bassheads 100 black of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1year. After a usage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, one side not working.
              I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#1232599 many time with the boat brand selling in india with name

              And have been sending emails and calling but they did not receive any call since then, but they are not responding and are not taking any action either.
              After 2 months replacement product is not delivered, i got awb no.but site shows no data found .

              I had raised the ticket 1232599 no. due to malfunctioning that comes under warranty. I had heard that several of consumers of boat are facing the same problem. I can say that the boat has the worst after sale service and worst support staff i have ever seen in my life. They are just fooling there customer. Please help me get a replacement or a refund.

                To whom it may concern..

                One product was picked up on 7th of july and the replacement has still not arrived.

                The online ticket tracking says that replacement product dispatching soon, but this has been the status for past 7-8 days.. Ticket number-1260346

                I kindly request you to look into tha matter and gets this resolved on priority basis.

                  Problem in claiming Warranty

                    I have raised a case with hoat. Ticket number is 1024745. They sent replacement unit to my address, however due to covid-19 delivery partner didn't deliver product and they sent replacement headphone to service center back to mumbai. I contacted courier partner and they asked me to contact boat to deliver it again. I tried to contact boat service team via email and phone but they are not responding to my calls and emails. Its been 5 months when i raised my complaint but they are not responding. Please help to get my replacement unit asap.

                      I purchased a boat 225 bass heads from paytm before few months.
                      After few months the one side of the earpiece was not working and i raised a complaint on their website including the invoice (Complaint AWB No.[protected]. The product has 1yr of warranty so they arranged a pickup and i sent the product to them. But so far i didn't the replaced product. Hence, i contacted the courier service, they told me to contact the company.

                      I tried to contact them via the number that is reflecting on their website, but the number not exists. So tried the care email id. So far i didn't get any replays from them.

                        I have called to boat which is in basavan gudi, srinivas telecom, service center for my earphones one side not working they said we have replacement come and collect
                        When i visited they said they don't have come and collect tomorrow
                        Mean while i have travelled 40km
                        Amd timings 10am to 3pm
                        I took leave and went
                        Irresponsible behaviour of the service center people.
                        I lost my 2 days salary with there attitude
                        Who will cover it
                        For 500rs product dose it required to lost two days salary
                        Literally manipulated companys these are

                          I ordered my baot earphones 182 and now its one side is not working so i registered a complaint on support boat lifestyle and the next day a person from the company taken my earphones for repair and it's been 10 days i didn't get my earphones back my ticket number is 1312661 and when i tried to track it it's showing whhandover and done mail no response from boat the customer care is not receiving the calls boat please response and give me my earphones back as early as possible.

                                On 8 july 2020 i registered a complaint on support. Boat-lifestyle.com and on 10 july 2020 courier came and picked up the defective earphones. After 3-4 days the product was delivered to boat service center mumbai and till that date there is no response from boat regarding my earphones. On their portal still they're showing that product pickup generated. No update regarding product received at service center or any other update. I mailed on their email id but now they are not replying me and also no one is receiving calls.
                                I want replacement of my product asap.

                                So when I registered complaint on this website I also tweeted to boAt at the same time, so I don't know from which source they resolved my complaint but I think they resolved my complaint by my tweet on Twitter. They replied me on twitter after 5 hours. After 7 days they dispatched my replacement product and it was delivered to me on 10 Aug 2020. So If you are facing same issue as mine you can tweet on boAt handel.

                                I tweeted regarding same thing and in 4 to 5 hours, everything settled and they are dispatching my product. look at the screen shot and compare from previous screenshot.
                                I don't know is this happened because of consumercomplaints.in OR of twitter. But I am happy.

                                On 8 Nov my defected earphone was picked up and on 13 it reached to the service center after that I was not getting any update so I called costumer care and executive said that the earphone model was discontinued by company so she gave me alternate option and after I choosed one of them she said it'll be delivered and since that I'm not getting any update.
                                I want my product replacement.

                                  I made a warranty claim request of boat micro usb cable on 05/07/20 and reached at service center on 16/07/20. And last status shown was "replacement product issued" on 21/07/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost one month till now they don't dispatch the product. Please help me sir
