One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint and product is picked on 28 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover on 16th june 2020. Now 12 july 2020, its been 26 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

My unit has been taken on 22nd of june after complain. But now i am not getting any update about my unit..

Sir i give my earphone fir replacement on 27 they give me a ticket no which is 1128480... I've ordered boat bassheads 100 in www.boat-lifestyle.com website for rs.399/- with order number #22988 and made payment through razor pay portal.

As per the delivery policy i should get the order within 7-10 business days and the tracking number details should be sent to me once the product dispatched from warehouse. Till now i haven't received my product and tracking details. I've sent many mails mentioning my issue to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com...

I had buyed a boat rockerz 380 wireless headphone on 19/5/2020.
After using it for two weeks it was not working properly.
So i registered a com plaint in the website of imagine marketing private limited. They approved my complaints with ticket number 1182423. And i got the conformation e - mail also. The product was picked up by delhivery private limited. After two weeks i got an email conforming that the product has been recived...

My boat rockerz 235v2 headphones stopped working properly and i applied for a replacement. They collected the product 30 days ago and still haven't notified me about whether i will be getting a replacement or not. The product is still under warranty as i had purchased it less than 5 months ago. When i call customer care, i get a message saying "we're sorry that we couldn't answer your call. We'll get back to you shortly." but they never call...

My name is harshal jagtap i live in kasara. I buy boat 162 earphone but after we use 2 3 month one side of earphones is off. I face problem about the inconvenience so i request to repair or exchnage my earphone.....

About earphone range its less then 1 mittre and one side r not working from that day...

I had applied for a replacement of my boat bassheads 225 on 21st may and it has been almost 2 months i haven't received my replacement yet. The tracking status says that the replacement product was issued but i have tried to contact the customer service many times but didn't get any response. Please tell me when will my replacement arrive....
