My earphones stopped working so i put up a complaint for the replacement of the product. The earphones were picked up in june 2020 and the status of the product shows replacement issued but still no update from boat's end regarding dispatch.its been more than a month.

    I had a battery issue so i had been given replacement of headphone but after 10 july there is no update regarding where is my headphone

          I bought Boat bassheads 225 in wired earphones on November 2019. And one month ago i was having distorting sound issue with it. So to claim my warranty i filled complaint on official website. On 29th jun 2020 pick up was done. And on 8th July 2020 i got the mail that it has reached to the factory and will be returned to me in 4 days. 4 days passed i thought it must be because of lockdown but today whole 12 days have passed since i got the mail and 3 weeks since the pick up was done. I tried calling them, mailed them but on call it's showing line is busy and they aren't replying my mail. And the status of my ticket hasn't change from 10th july. It's still saying dispatching soon. I don't know what to do now!! Can you help me with this?

            I get earphones back from boat given for service after more than 3 months. And they changed the product they gave me boat uno in ear black with mic in place of boat basshead238 black. And i really don't like these earphone neither in sound nor in design. It is also just wrapped in plastic cover with no box no card of originality. I want my original earphones back as soon as possible i don't need this one take them back and return me mine.

              I have started the process of replacement almost a month back and from 3rd july it's status is that product will be dispatching soon. No one is picking up the call or responding to mails. I want my headphones as soon as possible. Very bad service. Do something as soon as you can. My ticket number is 1194247

                  Lekin kuch dino k bad usme kuchh khrabi aane k karan mne boat ki official site pr uski complaint ki thi or mujhe ticket no. 1092323 bhi receive hua or 16 may 2020 ko mera order pickup bhi kr liya gya xpbees site k dwara or is ticket no me invoice not valid bta rha hai jabki mne bilkul shi invoice pdf ki fom me diya tha

                  I have bought boat rockerz 255 earphones in november 2019 through amazon but since last few days one earphone is not working. I am not been able to hear from one ear. Since it has one year warranty what steps should i follow to resolve this issue

                    The issue with the product is it isn't working properly. With the movement in wire there is a sound on the left part of the earphone. I think there's some internal problem with the earphone

                      Please tell me when you can get the product, what is the status of the product, i can be a little sure, because this pandemic time is very difficult for different work, so my office work and my study is very difficult.                       Boat rockerz 235v2 I have took the product in boat website after 1month it started button problem, as it was not working, continuously changes songs without pressing,
                      And multifunctional button is also not working unable to switchoff. I have tried to raise complaints in website but it's not working,
                      I was more trusted in this brand but all wasted, plz replace it or plz able to work it.

                        Mic of my bluetooth earphones was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 12 june, 20 and product is picked on 13 june, 20, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover thursday, 18th jun 2020 06.28 pm, its been 30 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                        Please help here i want my earphones as early as possible...

                                  On call sometime mic of wireless (Air drope311v2) was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 27 may 2020 and product was picked on 4 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows delivered on thursday, 18th jun 2020 :06.23 pm to whhandover, its been 31days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                                  Please help here i want my product or my money as early as possible...

                                      I had registered a complaint on 27/6/2020 the product was picked up on 29th my product replacement was issued on 7th of july but even after 12 days i have got no update on the whereabouts of my product or its status. My ticket number was 1225293.

                                      I even mailed them on 2 of their emails ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and [protected]@imaginemarketing. Freshdesk.com) and then they generated a ticket for the complain and assured a reply within 24 hours and it has been 7 days since then.
