Dear team,

I am continously asking for my product boat rockerz 255 that when i will receive my replacement product boat rockerz 255. Ticket was logged on 12.06.2020, ticket no was 1175782 also picked this product through xpress bee against awb[protected]. Product was received on service center on date 21jun 2020, but from 24.06.2020 status is showing replacement product was issued. Could you update the status with courier details so that on my level i can track for same.

Because i am totally hopeless with you customer oriented service, kindly update status of my ticket 1175782 asap otherwise i have to escalate this matter with higher authorities.

    My earphone mic was not woeking, so i raised complaint on 28 may 2020and product is picked on 3rd june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected], its been 37days still no update from boat.

    Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

      I had raised a complaint on 21st june, 2020 for my boat rockerzz 255f red bluetooth headphone as the the right side of the headphone was not working. Boat recieved the complaint on 22nd june, 2020 and ticket no. Generated.

      The ticket no: 1204286

      After that on 23rd june, 2020, one executive from xpressbees delivery took away the headphone from me to reach its destination.

      Awb no:[protected]

      And on 3rd july, 2020, when i checked for the shipment status by using the awb no. On the xpressbees website, it is showing the shipment status as "dto" and "whhandover".

      But from boat's side there is no response/update or notification to me as they recieved my headphone or not. Please notify me about the product reached to you or not and solve the issue of the headphone and enable the replacement as soon as possible.

        Sound breaking on right side of earphone. Boat official website doesn't accepting invoice. I have tried many times but it shows that invoice failed to upload.

          Complaint registered on 29 june 2020, approved on 30 june 2020.
          Picked up on 30 june 2020.
          It has been 7 days since the pickup, 4 days ago xpressbees shipment tracker showed it was delivered (Whhandover) to boat company but i haven't recieved any such updates from boat.
          Emails are ignored.
          Customer care contact number:[protected] shows server unreachable everytime i try to call.
          Please keep me updated if you have recieved the product or not and fix your mumbai customer care contact numer issue.

            There was problem on call on mic with my boat rockers 400. They picked it up 2 months ago and still i have not received it back. Neither they reply mails nor they pick up calls. Also there is problem with their answering system on calls. No input is being accepted. This is the worst experience of my with any company and i will make sure no one buys a boat product in my network ever see nothing has been updated after 24th july also i want to upload the mail conversation in which i recieve no response.

              I had a boat company speaker whose model was the boat stone 170. Due to some problem in it, i complained about warranty / replacement in the company. After my complaint, the company got my product from express bees courier company on 10th june 2020, which was delivered to the boat company on 18th june 2020, after that the boat company has not given me any information regarding my product yet.. Even if i call their customer care, they do not detract from me, while the boat company says that in 12-15 days the product is returned to the customer and it has been about 1 month to my product. Please give me back my product! My ticket number is 1165721

                  I have raised request for repair and replacement for my boat rockerz blue-tooth headset in https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 24-may-2020.
                  My product has been shipped on 26-may-2020 and received at service center on 16-july-202. I got status as my replacement product will be dispatched soon on 23-june-2020.
                  It's been more than 2 weeks but still my replacement product has not been dispatched yet.
                  I have sent more than 5 emails to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and have made more than 20-30 calls to[protected] but no proper response at all. I was really very much disappointed with boat service.

                      Recently my headphones got damaged and i applied for a replacement of the product on 30th april. It was picked up by the courier person from xpressbees, i think the product reached the destination on may 28th, but still i have no information regarding my complaint. It's been already 3 months i have applied for a replacement of my damaged product, but still i have'nt received any update from the company. So, please provide details regarding my compliant as soon as possible.

                      Firstly, thank you for responding to my complaint.In the website page when I track my complaint, it is showing that replacement product is issued, and will be dispatched soon, this is on 8th july.But after that I haven't received any update regarding the dispatch.Please dispatch my replacement product as soon as possible, because its been already so many months I have lodged my complaint.Thank You.

                        One side/both side of earphones was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 15 june, 2020 and product is picked on 19june 2020, today after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover suddently on the date when "our for delivery" has been shown since 25th of june. Now it's 6th july and i've no idea about my unit. I m trying to contact with customer care but no one pickup my call

                          Left earbud of my boat rockerz 255 stopped working. I booked a replacement on 7th june and the product got picked up on 12th june. Product was approved for replacement on 24th june, but it's been 10+ days from the date of approval and 20+days since product picked up now and i still don't know where the replacement product is. I have been trying to call them but they haven't answered any. I have attached screenshots below, for more details.

                            I registered a Complain on 30th April 2020 for problem in my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset .No sound is coming in one side of boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset. My complain no. is 1080146(Ticket no.). Pickup schedule on 5th May 2020, I have given my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset.
                            When I check on line status its shows “WHHandover” on 28th May 2020 and customer care is not picking up phone.
                            After repairing I have not received my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset till now & almost 2 Month complete, I have not received it yet.

                              Try returning or replacing a boat product to boat company, you will know how we are progressing in life . It takes 25 days to reach the boat warehouse and they take 15 days to analyse the product and more 15 days to dispatch and then 30 days to reach you back . Hahha. What an amazing service

                                      I have complaint about my earphone damage with ticket no 1109566 and you said that it can't be deliver on my address. I purchased it from amazon and they deliver on this address. My warranty period is about to expire and i don't have alternative address and relative address is not possible in this corona situation so please contact to amazon delivery and exchange my earphone, otherwise i will always feel cheated by you. Never gonna bought your products.
