Hey, i have received my order yesterday from myntra. One side of the headphone is not working. So i reached myntra for exchange, they provided me a boat customer support contact.

I have called that number couples of times but my call has been disconnected each time. I have complained to every possible option available on their site. Please provide me

Hope you guys understand the scenario and do contact me asap...

My boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphones one side is stopped working. So i made a replacement complaint. The product was picked up on 4th june 2020 at 3:40 pm, after that on 16th june it shows the status "whhandover". And now no more updates till now after that. It's been 13 days now. No one in the boat customer care is responding.

I want my earphones delivered to me as soon as possible.

    I had complained about my headphones not working to boat on may 8, 2020. Your complaint has been successfully registered and your ticket number is 1091075.

      My complaint was successfully registered, and i got a pickup done for the product as well of
      Ticket: 1078121. The pickup was done on 02-may-2020 it's been over 2 months now and i still haven't received any update regarding the product as well i am not able to reach the customer care number

        On june 6 they picked up my product and i didn't get any response from customer care then on june 26 they updated as my replacement product is issued. They didn't pick up my phone call. I mail to the customer there is no reply. Please take an action thank you sir

          It's been too long since the delivery boy pick my earphones from my home.. One earphone had been taken from my home 7th may and another one was taken on this month first week of june.. Since i tried almost every day to contact with the customer care but it didn't respond yet.. I called to the xpress delivery company but they also not pick up my phone.. Now it's almost near to 2 months still i don't get the replacement of my earphones... Or if i want some information customer care didn't received my phone.. Now i urged to the authority please take enough decision so that i can receive my 2 earphones replacement..

            One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 14th april 2020 and product is picked on 6 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]: 4:22 pm. Now 29 may 2020, its been 3 months till no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

            Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                  My earphones stopped working so i put up a complaint for the replacement of the product. The earphones were picked up on 20 june 2020 and the status of the product shows delivered but still no update from boat's end

                  It's been 4 days now, but no response from boat's end. They mailed me that "they will intimate me within 4 days". Almost 15 days have passed after pick up of my product, but no update. Please help.

They mailed me that "it will take 12 to 15 days to replace your product" almost 20 days have passed after pick up of my product, but no dispatch. Please help and dispatch my product as soon as possible because my product is showing already replaced in status.

                      I bought charging cable and having 2 yrs warranty. I got some problem so i returned as per company issued a reverse pickup. But it has been a month but company is not responding amd call is not picking up. My item they received as they mailed. But further not responding.

                        Dear concern,

                        This is to inform you that i, harsh issrani, a verified user and a faithful and hopeless customer of boat, i am extremely unsatisfied with their service along with the delivery service provider that is xpressbees logistics.

                        Previously i use to suggest people to buy the products of boat but after this kind of ridiculous response from their side cannot allow my heart to suggest anyone to buy any of boat's product.

                        The service is very much poor that it's been more than a month i have given my boat rockerz bluetooth headset for repairing or replacing purpose as my product is under warranty period but in am not getting any updates of what's going on with my boat rockerz bluetooth headset and it's been more than 39 days i haven't received my product back.
                        I've also given a micro usb cable for the service but i am not getting any further update for my cable also.

                        I've tried to contact boat customer care service and xpressbees customer service but i am getting any response from them also. Such a poor service is provided to me.

                        I haven't got back both my products that i submitted them for servicing or replacement.

                        Nothing has been updated till date . I don't know what these people are doing with my gadgets.
                        Neither Boat nor consumer complaint are contacting me .
                        Still i haven't got any update of my producta and I haven't got back my products as well.
                        Really very disappointed.

                          My product was picked up on 5th may. Status is still whhandover since 29th may.
                          There is no update from boat service center. Customer call not getting connected.
                          Please guide me what else i can do. Its 3 months now.in a week it will be four months and still no update.

                            I had requested for replacement for earphones and the product was picked from me and was in transit. Later after tracking the shipment it showed - whhandover and status shows the product is delivered whereas i haven't recieved it. Please help

                              The boat 220 earphone mic is not working now.. I complain in boat support but i get a message from imagine market.. They says xpressbess couldn't pickup the order awb.. As consignee was not available.. What i can do now??

                                    Hello,

                                    I have raised a complaint about boat rockerz 255 raging red earphones that i bought from myntra and it stopped working, therefore i created complaint about it and pick up person came from xpressbees and collected my earphones, tracking is showing that product has reached to them, but after that, there is no update from them and no one is answering on call or email.
                                    Its more than a month now, every time i call then it says busy but when i get connected via call then no one from call centre picks up the phone.
